Hey everyone, it's Charlotte Dobre here, and today we're going to be talking about entitled people. You know the type - those individuals who think that the world owes them something, who demand special treatment and believe that rules don't apply to them.
In this video, we're going to delve into the psychology of entitled people, exploring why they act the way they do and what makes them think that they're above everyone else. We'll also be sharing some stories and examples of entitled behavior, both in real life and on social media.
From the entitled Karen who demands to speak to the manager over the slightest inconvenience, to the entitled influencer who thinks they deserve freebies just because of their follower count, we'll be taking a closer look at the various forms that entitlement can take.
But it's not all doom and gloom - we'll also be discussing ways to deal with entitled people, whether you're dealing with them in your personal life or in a customer service or work setting. We'll share some tips on how to set boundaries, stand up for yourself, and avoid getting caught up in their entitlement trap.
So, if you're ready to learn more about entitled people and how to deal with them, make sure to hit that subscribe button and tune in to this video. Let's get started!

As someone who has lost 7 babies to miscarriages, and my last one I lost I was heading into a clinic and was bombarded by pro-lifers. They were not nice, they were yelling at me for choosing to kill my baby. I wanted to do more than just get in their face. So I respect that husband standing up to them - you do not know why anyone is going into clinics. I have met women in there that were just looking for health exams to women looking for resources because they found out they have cancer…

@@swaters5127 What are you talking about? Sometimes a D&C is required for missed miscarriages if the body isn’t able to expel everything on its own. It’s a very common practice and you can become septic if anything is left behind. Even if it was for an abortion and not a miscarriage, mind your own business and let people make their own decisions about whether or not they want to carry a child for 9 months.

I went to a woman's clinic for women's issues, it wasn't for an abortion though if it was that would be entirely my choice, and I got verbally assaulted by one of these people too, and I fought with them, they told me that even if I wasn't getting an abortion that I shouldn't go to that clinic because they did abortions and I asked them are you going to pay for a gynecologist appointment for me that's going to provide scripts for me and also pay for those? Because the clinic I was going to was going to give me a low cost visit and free medications... People really out here be doing the most for nothing

They also don´t give a damn for the baby after the birth. They don´t care if it literally dies after birth. They also don´t care about the 11 year old r.victim, that has to carry a baby that will possibly kill her. They literally are happy with that. They also don´t care that the 11 year old r.victim has to share the parental rights with the r, that will have more rights because he is an adult. Yeah, this is reality and they are standing there and preaching that they are the better human beings, by forcing a literal never ending Horror to everyone involved. They also don´t care if women die during pregnancy, like too many women already did. This is reality also. But because they are pro life, they are ok with the death of the woman.

I was aggressively approached outside of a planned parenthood with my first pregnancy. This lady came and got in my face (I'm about 20 weeks pregnant at the time) screaming "MURDERER! MURDERER!" I was so startled and confused that I nearly peed my pants! I asked her why she was screaming at me like that and she went off on some tangent about me going in to have an abortion... I just skirted around her and went in to get my PRENATAL VITAMINS. When I walked out she smiled and "thanked God that I had changed my mind". I finally decided to have a chat with the (clearly misinformed) screaming woman. After somewhat convincing her that planned parenthood ALSO provides services for pregnant women, in a bad situation, to get the services they need for a healthy pregnancy at little or no cost. I thought I had calmed her down...until another woman started to approach the building... Then the psychotic woman runs to her asking if she's there for vitamins or murder! 🤦‍♀️ I gave up. Literally only God could help this woman. I will never forget that interaction or recover from the ptsd she gave me by screaming murderer among other things. I personally couldn't ever choose the abortion route, but you never know what a person is going through or even there for, so you cannot approach scared young women in such a hostile manner! Just, NO! My husband was upset because I called him crying. This lady was going to get herself killed out there! Wrong on so many levels! Just mind your business, keep your harsh words to yourself. If a scared, pregnant woman is dealing with mental issues, an aggressive person like that could actually be the catalyst for an even darker outcome... God never told us to judge people. But some holier than thou people take things way too far. And that hurts me to see it happen.

Without going on the question of "is the trucker has some good reason to protest", I would say that blocking major road in a city was a big hasard to the safety of many (with pretty much all city traffic jam, you can guess how emergency service has some issue!) and has create a lot of frustration. I haste all type of protestation to start finding way to put pressure and inform people other than being a big pain in the a**. You won't win public opinion by getting them hostage.

Those protesters are zealots who aren’t there to help you because they already assume that you are a ‘murderer’. They aren’t giving you pamphlets containing evidence based facts, just verbally pushing their own beliefs. I am an RN who did my specialty semester in OB/GYN and because of that 2nd rotation at the county hospital that had largely indigent clients saw so many who had no prenatal care, babies born addicted, uneducated women who unprepared for the birth and many times alone. Many were often teenagers, one was 13 giving birth to her second child, the first at 12. Others had multiple pregnancies but still didn’t bother with free prenatal care. Children had fetal alcohol syndrome, genetic anomalies and with the mother who had already dropped out of school wasn’t likely to have a positive childhood. Yes, there are exceptions, but we see how society has changed with so many single moms and no male parent involved. I decided that was an area that I didn’t want to practice in. I am surprised that the people who are confronted don’t ask how many children have you adopted or fostered, especially the children who are special needs or victims of abuse. People go to PP for a variety of reasons and don’t need drama. People like this can actually prevent potential clients from the various services that they need, contraception, STI and cancer screening and prenatal care. Undiscovered health conditions like hypertension and diabetes can be discovered. Confrontational behavior pushing your religious or moral beliefs rarely leads to change, calm education would be more helpful.

FancyPants_RN -- But we don't know what the religious guys were saying to people before the ponytail guy got mad and decided to tell them off. It sounds like they were being offensive. At one point the guy was telling them they were going to burn in hell if they didn't repent. That's harassment, no matter what volume they speak it. Especially since 1) it's none of his damn business what people are going to the clinic for, and 2) he has no idea what they're there for - it could be for so many reasons, so again 3) it's none of his damn business.
I could tell him that I think religious people who protest at clinics are going to hell, according to my "faith," and the religious guy would likely object to that and say that's not his belief or faith so it's not likely to happen. But that's the exact point. He's there trying to force his faith and beliefs upon people who are just coming there for medical care of some kind. If they don't believe the same things as him, he thinks they're still going to hell. But they don't believe that, so it's not his business to say anything or convince them. Just as whatever they believe is something they shouldn't force on him because it's not something he believes in. Just the religious guys' presence at that clinic is harassment, plain and simple. And you can see they were wearing microphones, so you can bet they were louder than that video showed, when protesting. They probably turned the microphones off when they saw they were going to be filmed.

Wow...this video brought back some sad memories. The part with the Planned Parenthood had me thinking, "I swear I've been there before I know I have" so I looked up the address, it's in Overland Park, KS. I had to go there because I had an incomplete miscarriage at 11 weeks (no heartbeat on multiple visits, no growth, and no movement, the baby was no longer living or viable) and my body wasn't passing the fetus on its own, so I was advised to go here to complete the miscarriage (otherwise I would have gone septic and could have gotten very sick/died, and without health insurance, I didn't have a regular OB to assist). It was traumatic, heartbreaking, and yet medically necessary. I also almost hemorrhaged...that was back in 2009 when I lived in Kansas (I've been back in California since 2011) anyway...all I wanted to say is, I don't know why dude was there with his chick, none of my business, but those people protesting, though they may be there with positive intentions, should mind their business and respect boundries...I was there to recieve a life saving procedure before it became a true emergency, and many other women (even men) use planned parenthood for protection like condoms and birth control. Everyone going there aren't always there for the reasons that people assume they are...people should really back up and understand they don't know what's going on in someone else's life, and shouldn't assume everyone has hate-filled intentions. Just be kind and butt out...7:02

As someone with 2 bio kids and 2 bonus and having a termination 3 years ago…I still wholeheartedly believe I made the right choice for not only myself health wise but my family. The “pro lifers” at these clinics are absolutely out of control. I had to be escorted in and out of the facility and can tell you that’s far more traumatizing than the procedure itself…which, mind you, was basically an at home miscarriage. Over 24 hours of excruciating pain that was never taken lightly. I felt and saw every single part of it. So to those that say women use abortion as a form of birth control, y’all couldn’t be further from the truth. I was curled up on the floor screaming in pain. The actual BC implant I had injected into my arm (un medicated mind you) caused so much more damage to my body. After a year straight of excessive bleeding I decided to have it removed. The removal consisted of a single shot of numbing and then they dug it out of my body. I felt everything and had bleeding and bruising for weeks and still suffer the side effects. My point is, educate yourself. These people only care about the fetus but once it’s born they couldn’t care less. If you need help you’re a leech on society and shouldn’t have had kids to begin with.

Oh, and most Japanese people seem to love their pets a lot, especially cats. I really want to visit a Japanese cat cafe!

“Prolifers” or as I call them Antichoice, are often old men who know actually nothing about a woman’s body. They just know that the pp go in something happens and bam there’s a baby. They legit think it’s a fully formed miniature full termed baby at 5 weeks. My friends know they can always count on me to accompany them and that I will shield them and fight back. Because the person going into a clinic doesn’t deserve any type of hate. Sometimes you go in for birth control, sometimes exams, sometimes to get prenatal care, and sometimes it’s help you after a cancer diagnosis. I’m in Canada so it’s not as utterly toxic as it is in the states, but for some reason some people have to audacity to think they can tell you what to do with your life.

I was stopped by an individual ( with a penis) who was going to lecture me on my “bad decisions “ and keep me from “ the road to hell. “ I will admit that having a yeast infection wasn’t probably the best decision making I’ve ever done but I doubted it would land me in his version of hell.after telling him that he got all offended I would talk about such things- “ but I thought you loved me and cared about my soul?”…..disappointing

I work at a vet hospital. Yesterday I was working at reception. We close at 6. At 530 pm I got a call from a guy saying he ordered some meds for his dog and hasn't heard from us yet. This happens because it takes about 48-72 hours to fill meds. So I proceed to look on his file for the ordered meds. He ordered then that morning. I told him they haven't been approved yet and it may take a couple of days. He then went on a rant about how the Dr's know him there and his dog is uncomfortable and we did a surgery on her and she needs these meds and this is unacceptable. I told him that the Dr needed to approve them so there was nothing I could do. He then said to go and pull the Dr out of a room and get her to write it off. Sir, it doesn't work that way. And you want me to grab a Dr who is with another patient to accommodate you? YES! They know me there and you did surgery on my dog and she is uncomfortable! Sir, it's 535pm and I'm not sure if I can even get this done before we close. I DONT CARE! My dog is uncomfortable and they know me and you did surgery on her. SIR!!! I will go see what I can do. No promises. ..so I went to the Dr and told her the story. She said..who? When did we do this surgery? 2018. Well I'll only give him a few since he's being a diick and he can pay twice with the refill... so I call him at 546. He showed up at 558 saying that his dog shouldn't have to be uncomfortable. It took everything I had to not shoot back with a sparky comment. And I followed him to the door and locked it behind him.

With doctor's in and out of appointments all days and some of them being more urgent than the pet parent led on, there's not a lot of time in between to get to RX requests. It's not a pharmacy. Pets are in pain and unfortunately that's what happens but a lot goes on behind the scenes. And this person in the post mentioned that the dog had surgery in 2018. It's 2023. By law, they HAVE to be checked by that doctor within the year to give out more prescription. It was the pet parents job to make an appointment for the medication to have a refill. Same goes for human medicine.

I’m sorry your clinic gave in to that nasty man you had to put up with. ❤ Like you said, legally the patient has to be seen within a year to be allowed refills of medications. Otherwise, they need to make an appointment for an exam or go to an ER Vet if they’re so concerned. We work 10+hrs some of us and it would be nice to close on time and clean the hospital so we can leave at a timely manner. Some people just don’t respect us and we don’t get paid enough for that nonsense.

My brother's partner was physically attacked outside a planned parenthood a few years ago. She was very obviously pregnant and the b-word physically shoved her away from the door as she tried to open it, and she fell down the steps. She got rushed to the hospital and they pressed charges. Thankfully, everyone was ok. Baby boy was born chubby and healthy and had no side effects from the fall, though after almost 8 weeks of forced bed rest mom was going a bit stir crazy. The woman who attacked her got only like a month in jail (I'm not sure if she actually went to jail though) and a huge fine and had to pay restitution for the medical bills related to the assault. Still seems like too little. Brother said a few months later, he saw the same woman outside the same clinic antagonizing people. I really don't understand those people.
