- Do you want a quality rooftop tent? We know near all the tents in Australia come from 1 country. Not the AX27. This top end tent is South African built and comes from a place were the conditions are much like owe own apart from the odd Lion.
Mr Landcruiser is proud to sell The Bush Company Products as this is what we use ourselves.
If only the best will do and you want to get it right the first time then this is the tent for you.

I love your utube channel walk arounds ,gets me excited about my fj45 making me spend to much money on it and now you’re making me want a roof top tent 😂 👍🏻
Right on haha thanks for watching
Great review, mate. It was a crazy Strom we where in that night! Jack woke up in the middle of a mini lake in his swag that night.🤣
Jack was one of the lucky ones having his dad tarp him up ;) Looking forward to the next one mate.
Getting mine soon. Stoked i got to see it first, great review
Let us know if we can help. They are next level
Good video. Real test of proper kit. Thank you.
Glad you liked it! Cheers
Looks well made and reliable. Good choice :-)
It really is cheers mate
I’ve had the AX-27 and used it extensively in the West Aussie outback and can honestly say it is brilliant - 100% dust and waterproof, easy to set up/pull down and definitely value for money for anyone who is doing extensive outback touring. The only negative is the telescopic ladder that is provided with this tent. Not only is it heavy (for what it is), but the quality is sub-standard when compared to the RTT itself. It does not handle the dust and sand very well at all (i.e. over time, it has seized up and requires constant maintenance to allow it to be extended and packed up). I accept that it is difficult to provide a ladder that would suit every user, but pretty disappointed with this aspect of the AX-27 and have had to find a custom made replacement.
Great review mate. I also am on my second ladder and this newer on is better but it's to soon to say.
Thanks 👍🎥 good luck 😊
Thanks, you too!

Thanks Paul, Hey ain't you Mr Landcruiser himself...
The close up of Ben 😂😂
What size tray do you have it looks longer then most.
Yes mate it is 8foot
"all sorts of stuff" aka the old piss bottle haha 🌞
Hahaha thats classic but I still take the time to climb out, maybe when I'm older
How heavy is it?
Whats the fix for the loose awning canvas? always flaps in the wind
Park it in a gully. But really big winds camping anything flaps. I was in a huge storm in Winton Qld . It made some noise but wasn't to bad.

Why the hell would you want a black coloured HTT, I guess looks are more important than practicality.
To be honest I have only seen them in Grey or black for any brand. It's to not take away from the look off the vehicles with bright colours
@@MrLandcruiser WhenI’m in places that’s 35-40 deg the last thing you want is a black roofs rtt. Those James Baroud ones come in white and they look fine.
