Haha excellent review, Phil. I expect if Bones had a doppelganger he'd be quite nice. This is well-directed and acted. Lots of expressive camera views and little distortions. This was a bull's eye for what I think HHH was going for, leaves you creeped, no ray of sunshine, and yet you feel 'that was very good!'. When Anna is on screen I can't stop looking at her, she had power. I always look forward to these reviews, thanks!
Cheers Eddie. Yeah its a top story, really well done by everyone involved. Proves how good this show was for 1980 television, quite hard hitting for its time.
Definitely a 10/10 here Phil. I remember seeing this when it was first broadcast and was chilled by it. As you have said the direction and acting really make this episode a winner. 44 years ago they could get into 52 minutes which would be a six part series with hour long episodes today. Very smart jacket your wearing for us today.
One of the great British Horror films and the best of that series. Remembered for years to come like 'Reflections of Death' from 'Tales from the Crypt' 1972.
Great review, Phil. This was a great series. I agree with you, the opening titles are important and get you in the mood and the opening music is superb. Cheers, Neil
Cheers Neil. Love to see a good title sequence at the start of a TV show. This is one of the best. Puts the audience in an uneasy mood right from the start
Great video and great twist at the end! Ty both. PS did you watch the X Files? Just started watching it for the first time, pretty good, some light horror elements
Cheers andrew. Yes i have the X Files boxset. Reviewed the pilot episode. Might do some others later. Great show and very relevant for today, with all the stuff about UFOs.
Great viewing for these dark cold nights Phil and Bones. Definitely won’t be picking up any hitchhikers anytime soon.😁😀
Yes dont pick anyone up Pixie. Unless its me and Bones. 😀💀
Hope you enjoy the video. Please like and subscribe. Most appreciated. Thanks everyone.
Another great review. Keep them coming.

Do wonder if they herd of the Poet Shelly seeing his doppelgänger before he drowned.
They might have been influenced by reading it.
This one scared sheeeeeeeet out of me. when him and boy stand by gate smiling.
Yeah its one of the scariest episodes. Could have made a good film.
