18" Durafan barn fan noisy bearing

My Durafan 18" barn fan, which is 14 months old and has been used for not quite two summers, sounds like the bearings are failing. The fan has a sealed motor, and is designed for use in dusty environments like horse barns. The noise is most pronounced right at the beginning and then again during the last 30 seconds of the video.
