This was a feature of many of Peyton Manning's offenses over the years, especially in Denver. I think you have to get the outside zone runs working for you more consistently, before the fake pitch gives the QB a soft spot to post up in to either flank. If your O-Line's not reaching on its blocks, you're setting up the QB for lots of pressure.
They still haven't figured out how to run the sound at those pressers. It's a tiny bit better than a few years ago, but it's still pretty amateurish. All they'd have to do is hire an actual sound guy. I figure it's a problem they just aren't interested in fixing, for whatever reason.
@@harrymills2770it’s an absolute professional organization, there is no excuse for not using the equipment I’m sure they have. These pressers are what a lot of us depend on for information about the team
Yeah. Kareem probably could've scored on that last big run. KC still would've been up 2 scores, with time expiring, but by going down, he kept the Texans from ever touching the ball, where ANYthing can happen. TBH, I'd rather see Kareem getting his 2 or 3 yards no matter what, than have Isaiah pop one for big yards in between a bunch of no-gain and lost-yardage plays that leave them in 3rd-and-long. I think Kareem is the RB who allows KC to play small ball the most efficiently. Even if he only gets a couple of yards, teams really have to strap it on to keep it from going for more yards. Part of it's the evolution of the O-Line, which is getting closer and closer to being one of the best mauler O-Lines in the league. Now, with Worthy maturing in his role, and Brown being thrown into the mix with DHop and Smith-Schuster, I think they're getting back to the quick passing game that finally opened-up down the stretch in 2022, when the lack of athleticism at left tackle (Orlando Brown, Jr.) was foiled by Mahomes' ability to get the ball out in 2.5 seconds to an open man. We're getting back to that. Then it becomes a chess match with the RDE, whose hesitation is key to success on offense. If it's pointless to try to get to Mahomes quick enough, they start second-guessing themselves, and worrying about Pacheco in the B gap. Therein lie the shot plays that they didn't (and still don't) really have the left tackle to support.
Travis is trying to handle being double teamed. Earlier in his career he could play through that. But now it's becoming harder for him. CHIEFS KINGDOM ROCKS 🎸
Geez. Pat has been way better at spreading the ball around and getting everyone involved. We've got D Hop, Xavier, Hollywood, and Noah Grey to pass the ball to. Trav is getting the ball enough.
Unlike fans, the team understands that one, and only one, statistic is important: wins. No one cares about individual accolades. You’ll recall that last season Kelce chose to sit the last week for rest rather than achieve individual statistics.
He’s not able to beat double teams in the red zone anymore like he used to. He’s still opening up his teammates so they can score. Stop crying cause Kelce is on your fantasy team. We’re winning, shouldn’t matter who scores!!!
Much better! Go Chiefs!! 💙🔥
HBTC❣
GOD BLESS the CHIEFS 👍👍🙏🙏❤❤💜💜🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Thank you media team for once again hitting the “record” button after the press conference has already started!!!!
How hard is it to start the recording before the press conference starts? I need to write a letter to Mark Donovan.
Lol
It’s almost every time!

He's slowing down and been dropping passes alot

How about letting travis get some touchdowns!!??
He's having trouble getting open with double team press coverage. CHIEFS KINGDOM ROCKS 🎸

How about just being focused on winning games!!??
