This is great!💛 Hope you can recreate another design for Phirst Park Homes Magalang. We're looking for a unique design for my Calista End with a lot area of 84.5 sqms. This Calista is distinct from the common ones; it's more of a duplex style rather than having more than 6 units in a row. Can you provide us with another creative idea? something that has kitchen and laundry area on the back, and a personal comfort room upstairs. Also, I love to maintain the structure of the unit the way it is infront, although I would appreciate if we can place a balcony infront & an extended terrace on the side. I love the two bedrooms combined as the other one would serve as my walkin' closet. With that being said, we need to make sure that the extension on the back is for the guest room & the 2nd comfort room. I want something closer to this look, something still spacious outside.
