I can easily see the mini plot here is that due to the magic remote (In vicky's hand) The corruption basically made timmy's house a nest/hive as it was basically let in by Vicky. With magic barely keping Timmy 'sentient' he's helping Bf deal with this infestation.

What if Timmy instead was trying to wish that HIS health was restored, but due to the glitchy nature of the corruption, also caused him to wish harm on you, which then he stumbled over the 2 different wishes, and instead accidentally wished to restore your health (just an FYI, I'm not saying this is the correct idea, or even if it's the one I prefer, just another idea I thought I'd throw onto the pile)

Actually the corrupted characters aren't dead person but their minds or souls are taken over by the glitch and their spirits are trapped in there suffering form the glitch and their spirits are trying to fight for control of their bodies but they can't since their bodies and their minds or souls are already taken over by the glitch and they become corrupted monsters not corrupted zombies
I think of my opinion Timmy and his fairies along with mr. Crocker and a few other fairies would probably survive because Timmy is pretty smart but knowing his scenario probably wouldn't be able to wish away this problem

So I know for a fact that Vicky is not “corrupted”, it’s almost like the corrupter (in this case the Glitch) has become the corrupted, meaning that Vicky can control the Glitch and use it for her own purposes. This is proved by her quote “NOTHING CAN STOP ME NOW! HAHAHAHAHHAHAH!” and by the text that appears for a split second,“*Vicky reduced your life. -0.9” She could use it to spread the Glitch to other universes like Gravity Falls, or to other people like Hex (and no, I don’t mean like IRIS). But then, Timmy appears with his fairy friends, Wanda and Cosmo in which all three are corrupted, Timmy being at the top and Wanda on the bottom. A message appears on Boyfriend’s side saying, “OH NO. ITS HIM.” (In the original version). This could possibly mean Vicky is AFRAID of Timmy because he IS corrupted unlike Vicky (who kinda is but she can control it). Timmy is constantly trying to save Boyfriend’s life by giving BF more health, as proved by the text “*Timmy increased your life.” (or Health in this case). Timmy constantly increases BF’s health because there is still a part in him that doesn’t want to corrupt others or spread the Glitch to other mods or universes. The reason how Timmy got corrupted is because while the glitch does not affect fairy MAGIC, it can however affect fairies THEMSELVES. So that’s why you see Wanda and Cosmo in the giant corrupted stack Timmy is on top of.

So I know for a fact that Vicky is not “corrupted”, it’s almost like the corrupter (in this case the Glitch) has become the corrupted, meaning that Vicky can control the Glitch and use it for her own purposes. This is proved by her quote “NOTHING CAN STOP ME NOW! HAHAHAHAHHAHAH!” and by the text that appears for a split second,“*Vicky reduced your life. -0.9” She could use it to spread the Glitch to other universes like Gravity Falls, or to other people like Hex (and no, I don’t mean like IRIS). But then, Timmy appears with his fairy friends, Wanda and Cosmo in which all three are corrupted, Timmy being at the top and Wanda on the bottom. A message appears on Boyfriend’s side saying, “OH NO. ITS HIM.” (In the original version). This could possibly mean Vicky is AFRAID of Timmy because he IS corrupted unlike Vicky (who kinda is but she can control it). Timmy is constantly trying to save Boyfriend’s life by giving BF more health, as proved by the text “*Timmy increased your life.” (or Health in this case). Timmy constantly increases BF’s health because there is still a part in him that doesn’t want to corrupt others or spread the Glitch to other mods or universes. The reason how Timmy got corrupted is because while the glitch does not affect fairy MAGIC, it can however affect fairies THEMSELVES. So that’s why you see Wanda and Cosmo in the giant corrupted stack Timmy is on top of.
