Digital Nomads in Lisbon, Where NEXT?

I loved Malaga and Torremolinos when I visited 30 years ago. They're beach towns, relaxed vibes, lots of young people and life. I have no clue how they've changed over the years, but I imagine they've gotten much busier and more expensive.
