The man was in prison for a crime. Now officers (every last one that was in that room and the ones who watched) need go be arrested and go to trial like and serve time just like the victim.

I would venture to say 80% were ex marines, most of them ex MP's. Going to jail and getting beaten were the same thing. These guys might lose their jobs, but that is it. The state will settle out of court with the family. This will keep going on forever.
Alabama prisions are bad. JCS taxes the poor. A 21 year old dad was moved to a other part of a Jefferson County prision for 3 days before his release where he was tortured, raped and killed . Tuckweilers women prision is bad to. Nothing will ever be done about it.

This was very common in past -- before cameras and public awareness. Thomas VanDoren, RPD cop 1970s-90s, routinely did this kind of of thing to dozens of African-Americans. He told me himself. And verified to me by FBI agent Richard Vega. It was well-known and covered up by RPD. Now VanDoren, never investigated, lives comfortably in Rochester suburb, on a generous police pension.
