      Yes you can use orange as well as skin too. Well Jamun wine, black grapes wine and pomegranate wine are my favourite along with low abv between 11 to 13%

      मेथोनॉल का वाइन में कोई लेना देना हैं। डिस्टल करके शराब बनाते हैं तब मेथनॉल को अलग निकालने की जरूरत पड़ती हैं।

      11 to 13% is the right alcohol percentage in wine according to me so no need to try to increase it.

    sir can we distilled it ? if we distilled it then it called vodka or brandy? and can i use raisin wild yeast as you show to this bannana wine as fermentater ?

      If wine yeast is available in the market then cultivating wild is not a good idea use wine yeast.
      Well it will called brandy .... But i dont suggest you to go through distillation process as it is strictly banned in India.

      @@ViVi-td4cx By using wine yeast you can get the right taste and flavours in the wine. Abv depends how good the yeast you are using well even from wild yeast you can get 15% alcohol by volume but not sure about it because there is no confirmation for the wild yeast you are using for that first u have to try it and brew some wines to know the quality of wild yeast.

    Meine Red Guava ki wine 20 ltr rakhi he usme Turbo Yeast, Pectinase Enzymes 5 grm aur Yeast Enzymes DAP 5 grm daali he lekin fermentation 25 din se abhi bhi chalu he aur wine transferant itni clear nahi dikhti... haalaaki uske pehle ki Red Apple ki wine ekdum paani jaisi clear hui thi...
    Guava ki wine clear karne kaa aur koi tarika?

      2 teaspoon pectic enzyme or add kr do ... Fermentation process lambay chalne k kai kaaran ho sakte hein .... Sugar jyada add krna, yeast ka kamjor hona ya fir temperature kum hona.
      Arishtam se yeast magaye hein to bhi assi prob aa jati hein

    sir last time main 2 kg angoor main lagbhag 4 ltr mineral water dal kar 5 ltr se Tora jada rad wine banaya tha to 6 kg angoor se 15 ltr nahi bana skte hai kya ? Or hain usmain 2 kg sugar bhi dala tha

      1 kg angur se bhi bana sakte ho lakin flavour or healthy nahi banegi.
      7.5 kg grapes mai 1 ltr paani daal kr bana raha hoon taaki acchi wine bane.
      Aap sugar 100 grm pr kg grapes k leye daale.
      322 grm sugar per litre water k leye daale.
      For example 6 kg grapes 10 liter water, sugar daale aap 600 grm for grapes and 3kg 220 gram water k leye total sugar 3 kg 820 gram. 13.5% alcohol banegi aap ki wine mai.

      Bad smell may be because of the yeast you are using or maybe your wine is not get clear well. There is one more reason behind bad smell in wine that is fungal infaction. Nothing to worry but Wine shoud be clear properly before consuming.

      @@faiyaznayeem6206 In this case mostly wine exposed to the air, when the wine comes in the contact of oxygen it starts turning into viniger.

    Rice wine bahut se culture mai peeta hai ..usko bus 3 din fermentation karte hai vo ..is it safe to try that ??

      If sugar has been added it takes about 14 days for fermentation to stop and at least 7 days for the yeast to settle.
      And if no sugar has been added then wait at least 5 to 7 days because starch contains fermentable sugar, it all depends on how much starch is in the wine

    Hello Sir, how much potassium metasulphite is required for 4 - 5 ltrs apple pulp wine?
    By mistake I put 1 tb spoon potassium metasulphite along
    with 1 tb spoon wine yeast in 4L jar.
    Will it cause any issues?

      @@mayankrathi9677 0.70 grams of Potassium metabisulfite is enough for 5 liters of wine.
      I suggest you add a little more around 1 gram.
      One teaspoon contains 5 grams or little more than 5 grams of Potassium metabisulfite which is enough for 25 liters of wine.
      Excessive amounts of potassium metabisulfite will prevent fermentation from starting.
      Still nothing to worry about just wait for 3 days around 60 hours, after 60 hours open it, mix it well for 3 to 4 minutes after that add yeast. Hopefully yeast will start working, It may take longer to start fermentation.

      @@mayankrathi9677 it is necessary to kill all the bacteria present in the wine, sometimes i use to heat every thing ( all the mixture) till 80 digree and after colling down for double check i use potassium metabisulfite too.

      4-6% alcohol banega and bakers yeast ki smell bhi aa jayegi. Bakers yeast is not useful in wine making.

      Fact: The process of making wine is the same in your home as it is in a factory albeit on a much smaller scale. Your home-crafted wine is just as safe as commercial wine. Pathogenic bacteria (the stuff that makes you sick) cannot survive in wine.
      Nothing to worry you aren't making any methanol, just ethanol.

      Use food grade plastic bottles for example 2 litre Pepsi or cock bottles or you can use a 20 litres mineral water jar.

      Bhai Video mai bataya hein fir se bata deta hoon.
      By adding wheat, the wine makes good mouthfeel, the wine does not feel thin in drinking and the wine become a little strong due to the starch present in the wheat.

    Sir ji agar banana wine banane ki 25 din baad bhi clear colour na aaye toh kya karein, maine Pectic Enzymes yaa Campden tablet ka prayog nahi kiya, is wajah se ismein bahut time lagegaa kya, clear hone mein, abhi bhi thoda light brown colour hai wine ka. Yaa colour light brown hone ki wajah khaand toh nahi, kyonki maine chini ki jagah khaand ka iateymaal kiya hai.... Kuch roshini daaliye....

      This can be fungal infaction keep ur wine into fridge to stop growth of infaction, till you wine get clear. fungal infaction is not harmful but runes the taste of wine.
