Yes you can use orange as well as skin too. Well Jamun wine, black grapes wine and pomegranate wine are my favourite along with low abv between 11 to 13%

If wine yeast is available in the market then cultivating wild is not a good idea use wine yeast.
Well it will called brandy .... But i dont suggest you to go through distillation process as it is strictly banned in India.
Is there any difference in fermentation process and ABV % or cant fermented and very abv% if use wild instead wine yeast that is available at market ?.
@@ViVi-td4cx By using wine yeast you can get the right taste and flavours in the wine. Abv depends how good the yeast you are using well even from wild yeast you can get 15% alcohol by volume but not sure about it because there is no confirmation for the wild yeast you are using for that first u have to try it and brew some wines to know the quality of wild yeast.

Aap sugar 100 grm pr kg grapes k leye daale.
322 grm sugar per litre water k leye daale.
For example 6 kg grapes 10 liter water, sugar daale aap 600 grm for grapes and 3kg 220 gram water k leye total sugar 3 kg 820 gram. 13.5% alcohol banegi aap ki wine mai.

Bad smell may be because of the yeast you are using or maybe your wine is not get clear well. There is one more reason behind bad smell in wine that is fungal infaction. Nothing to worry but Wine shoud be clear properly before consuming.

If sugar has been added it takes about 14 days for fermentation to stop and at least 7 days for the yeast to settle.
And if no sugar has been added then wait at least 5 to 7 days because starch contains fermentable sugar, it all depends on how much starch is in the wine

@@mayankrathi9677 0.70 grams of Potassium metabisulfite is enough for 5 liters of wine.
I suggest you add a little more around 1 gram.
One teaspoon contains 5 grams or little more than 5 grams of Potassium metabisulfite which is enough for 25 liters of wine.
Excessive amounts of potassium metabisulfite will prevent fermentation from starting.
Still nothing to worry about just wait for 3 days around 60 hours, after 60 hours open it, mix it well for 3 to 4 minutes after that add yeast. Hopefully yeast will start working, It may take longer to start fermentation.

@@mayankrathi9677 it is necessary to kill all the bacteria present in the wine, sometimes i use to heat every thing ( all the mixture) till 80 digree and after colling down for double check i use potassium metabisulfite too.

Fact: The process of making wine is the same in your home as it is in a factory albeit on a much smaller scale. Your home-crafted wine is just as safe as commercial wine. Pathogenic bacteria (the stuff that makes you sick) cannot survive in wine.

Yaa colour light brown hone ki wajah khaand toh nahi, kyonki maine chini ki jagah khaand ka iateymaal kiya hai.... Kuch roshini daaliye....

My banana wine stops fermentation in 11 days and got white molds in 13 days. what can i do to remove these white spots. And is it harmful to drink this wine.
This can be fungal infaction keep ur wine into fridge to stop growth of infaction, till you wine get clear. fungal infaction is not harmful but runes the taste of wine.

भाईसाब मुझे नहीं पता की किस फल में पेस्टीक एंजाइम की जरुरत होती है .इसलिए में सभी वाइन में पपीते के छिलके डाल देता हु .क्या ऐसा कर सकता हु गलत तो नहीं है
पैक्टिक एंजाइम हरेक वाइन में इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है अगर थोड़ा बहुत अधिक भी हो जाता है तो कोई दिक्कत वाली बात नहीं।
