So many people have said there’s no way a 9-5 could make me happy but it makes me so happy!! So I think as long as you’re happy, that’s all that matters. Plus your videos make other people happy?! I understand about the siblings being older. My sisters are 14 & 16 years older than me. I only had to share a room when my eldest sister moved back home after she separated from her husband. Have to admit it was lonely but I learned to entertain myself. I think that is why I am happy when I am on my own because it was all I knew when I was growing up anyway. It's not a bad thing. It's just a thing.

Every Sorority I know requires mandatory attendance during all of Rush; including mine!!! It is a commitment of all the actives & alumnae!!! Major fines are incurred for missing events!! Wherever you moving to, I hope that you will join the city alumnae group!!! Being a member of a Sorority as pledge, active & alumnae has lifetime benefits!!! Please realize that by participating in Rush this year, you can still bond with your other Sorority sisters & develop an even stronger sisterhood with other sisters outside you comfort zone. You can’t ask the brand to move up the GA trip commitment dates, or consolidated some of the dates? Or delay the event for a short time period? Lauren, I hope you will actually respond to this message.
In my sorority you are required to only be an active during rush for one year (which I did). This job allows me to pay for my sorority. I have it cleared with everyone and will not have any fines. I have had plenty of bonding time in my three years, rush isn’t going to change that. The brand trip has been set for months, and cannot be rearranged.

Please realize that by participating in Rush this year, you can still bond with your other Sorority sisters & develop an even stronger sisterhood with other sisters outside you comfort zone.
You can’t ask the brand to move up the GA trip commitment dates, or consolidated some of the dates? Or delay the event for a short time period?

In my sorority you are required to only be an active during rush for one year (which I did). This job allows me to pay for my sorority. I have it cleared with everyone and will not have any fines. I have had plenty of bonding time in my three years, rush isn’t going to change that. The brand trip has been set for months, and cannot be rearranged.
