It's hundreds of hours of investment, but delivered one of the most powerful and incredible experiences with media I've ever had. The music is excellent and only gets better as you go on. The lead composer is a legend who composed one of the OSTs from a hospital as he was being treated for cancer and it's incredible. I highly recommend it if you have the time to invest in it, it's incredibly rewarding.
I myself picked up the game when I heard the Ravanna soundtrack by accident on RUclips. As StraywarlockJenkins said it is now a long time investment, but there's no need to rush, you can take your time. Some would argue it's more fun if you do.
Calling it good is barely scratching it. It's diverse and with how long it's been going on it's got so much choice. It even has a system in the game named orchestrion scrolls which allows you to at certain places like player housing to listen to the music you unlocked for it. Also the music system is very good on it's dynamic system, be it that the music changes according to a scene being played, the switch of a phase of a boss or as simply as going from exploring to a fight. But yeah, it also is a huge time investment, so start off with the free trial. And read trial as already being able to spend well over 300 hours. It starts slow, that is the only warning, rightfully so many feel the true interesting story does not really start till the first expansion Heavensward, yet that base A Realm Reborn should not be ignored with how much it builds up the world you explore.
It's always an interesting feeling when you load into a fight this intense and see everyone else watching the cutscene... Or maybe it's just because I'm a healer, idk.
glad they found some use! there were no other uploads of the ost when i needed the first so i figured it wouldn't hurt to put these up as well since i'm recording them anyways :D
the song is great, and i hope further installments of the raid story will go more in-depth on wicked thunder's history and why she thinks taking our soul will cure psychonekrosis!
i could easily see it being something like that but the first chapter of story was so short, which i don't really mind but i am interested to learn more about how wicked thunder learned about psychonekrosis, what she has been doing in her absence to fight against the president, what his motives are for perpetuating the competition/use of strong souls if psychonekrosis is a known consequence (greed or something more complicated?), etc, but the story touches on it so briefly that it could go in a million different directions
soken is always so sneaky with his motifs, i appreciate this approach much more than i did with abyssos, where the repetition was much more obvious (not that i dislike the abyssos ost, but i have been much more enthralled with light-heavyweight division's)
Ive been meaning to play this game for a while. No idea it had such a good soundtrack.
It has a HUGE library of good sound

I love the boss music so much and this is Def my favorite normal raid from this tier

@@RainesamaXIV do you have any ideas what it could be? First thing that comes to my mind is our strong echo :o

I am obsessed by the music. This song is bangin’ 🙌 🤩
Chrissy Costanza has such a great voice 💕
she killed it! one of my favorite songs from soken in a long time, i hope they will bring her back for more arcadion and beyond!
Didnt realize it's a version of the first raid boss song

Makes sense. They are sisters, after all.
good persona game like music
Now that I think on it this theme is very persona like and now I love it even more.
It's moreso RWBY themed. Far more than Persona.
