    These exercises won't help for me, but compression gaiters or socks will help me a lot. Ran 20,000 kilometers, before this problem was constant. With the gaiters, I forgot what it was like.

    Нужно попробовать. А вообще яблочный уксус в помощь. Баня раз в неделю. И бассейн раз в неделю. И таких проблем не будет.

    I wish I worked have known better in high school. By the end of every soccer season my shins hurt so bad that I hate walking up stairs to my second floor classes. I would also miss the last few games every year.

      I would do it before to stretch the muscles prior, but doing it after wouldn't hurt either. Honestly, these kinds of movements help activation if you do them at any point, so doing them first thing in the morning even would help.

    Calf raises are the exact opposite of what you want to do to prevent shin splints, that'll just make them worse.
    And I think this video makes it more complex than it needs to be.
    Just walk around on your heels. That was enough to solve all my shin splint problems.

    Ohh so that's how I recover and stretch I took 5 days off running due to it but my ankle was swollen I pushed my limit 5 days ago from 12 to 16miles my legs gave up but I didn't i made it home

      Yeah. That makes sense to me. If you run on your toes more, your dorsiflex less, so your shin muscles won't have to contract as much
