2022 11 12 HAY PARK

ぼくの住んでいたウエストバンクーバーのアパートから歩いて１５分くらいのところにある公園なんですが、あまり行ったことがありません。なぜかというと、ウエストバンクーバーというところは山の斜面にできているような街で、ヘイパークは山の斜面を１５分くらい登らなければいけないような公園だったんですね。もちろんこの日は車で行きました。ゴールデンアワーのヘイパーク、きれいでした。このちょうど一年後くらいに予期せずカナダを去ることになって、これがヘイパークでのさいごの思い出になったんですが、この写真を撮っていたときは、「きれいだな、あと何回か来よう」とかんがえていたのをおぼえています。
This park was located about 15 minutes by foot away from my apartment in West Vancouver, but I didn't visit the park much. Why that was the case was because West Vancouver is a city that is sort of built on slopes of mountains, and I had to go up the slope for 15 minutes by foot to get to the park. Needless to say, on this day, I went there by car. After about a year from this date, I unexpectedly would be leaving Canada, and this happened to be my final visit to the park, but on this day, I remember how I was thinking how beautiful the park was and telling myself to visit here a few more times.
