The “ghost” here is a common Japanese charm called Teru Teru Bozu that you hang during rainy days to ward off the rain. The song’s Japanese title is 君にカエル which could mean“return to you” but it also has a pun since カエル means frog, and frogs come out during the rainy May (hence the lyric that mentioned frog). The English title is Maybe, and the Korean word for rain is 비 (“bi”). So, May + ”bi” = May rain. But also “maybe”. This single has 3 tracks total (title + two b-sides). I hope they perform at least two of them on The First Take!

Which kinda does the same thing here but his title is "Night Rain"..... May Rain....May Bi....Maybe! Love that!! Are the other songs already released?
