This is a great video - it really shows how TWI is applied to an extremely critical task. I have used this video with teams that I am training on TWI and they respond quite positively to it! Thanks for doing it!!
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Job Instruction is so thorough, so meticulous, you can't help but get the points across. Imagine if a company's skilled workers had the SKILL to teach others using this method. That's what it's for and companies that tap into it reap the benefits!
