Bronie is an alternate universe version of Bronya Zaychik. She was rescued by an alien when her original world was collapsing, and put into the Arc City bubble world, where she was raised by that world's Natasha Ciora. Instead of becoming a mercenary sniper like Bronya, and then being raised by Cocolia in her orphanage beside Seele Vollerei and the Vodka Sisters, Bronie became a super-hacker who uses smaller drones. She never was subjected to the X-10 experiments, so she never lost the use of her legs, or had her emotions suppressed. Bronie then became involved in the Captainverse stories, joining the drifting _Hyperion_ . Last we saw of her, she was still with the Captain and the rest of the crew, and she'd made a hobby of needling Fervent Tempo Delta. But there are hints in Silver Wolf's story that strongly imply that she is the same Bronie, Haxxor Bunny, just older. In which case, it's a mystery how and why she left the _Hyperion_ , and also how she traded her drones for the Punklordian ability of _Aether Editing_ .
There was also Arlan at the beginning, who mostly goes unnoticed. (If you happened to pull him early on, he wouldn't be a bad choice for Belobog before you meet Serval, and he's situationally useful if you just aren't pulling 5-stars, but.) Arlan has some interesting details as a character, but he's usually just a narrative support to Asta.
It's not that we _hate_ Otto exactly, it's that we despise all of the atrocities he's committed. At the same time, though, we put respect on his name for his determination and persistence, never giving up on getting Kallen back, yet when he sees a plan fail, he comes up with a new one with a chance of working. Otto Apocalypse did not care whose lives he ruined, nor how many, to achieve his goal. He knew what he was doing was villainous, and did not care as long as he won. He's the reason our girls are subjected to so much trauma and despair, yet they also persist through everything. And without Otto, they wouldn't be in a position to take on the Finality either. But again, at the same time, the emergence of each Herrscher would have been significantly slower, so they might have still had a chance. In the first place, it was Elysia who opened the way for Herrschers of Humanity. Otto just committed inhumane experiments with Honkai energy, hoping to tame Herrschers in the process using positive emotions like friendship and love. Again, when a plan fails, he doesn't try to repeat the same thing, he's wise enough to move on to the next scheme. Also, there're a ton of people who are down bad for the man. The funny thing is that Chinse people have trouble pronouncing the name 'Otto Apocalypse,' so he often uses 'Raksha' as an easuer way for them to address them. 'Luocha' is a pronounciation of 'Raksha' used by people like Li Sushang to refer to Otto, meaning that Luocha in _HSR_ is indeed another Otto Apocalypse. And after all, he's dressed as an aristocrat, not any other merchant we see.
The reason why people hate Yanqing is not because he have similarity with genshin character but because in the story he so cocky with other character and because he always came up when people get rate off, he like QIQI in genshin where nobody want him and rather get anyone else on the rate off

Seele still a solid dps although as u said she got powercreep a lot. Even dr ratio who is a free 5* outperform her in most situation
