Even if it worked, who would he swap? Swap himself with Yuji? But Mahito attacked in the opposite direction from Yuji. Swap Yuji with Mahito? No difference Swap himself with Mahito? I dont see how this helps
Did.. did you not read the title? His intention was to trick Mahito into thinking a swap would occur, not to actually swap. Throwing Mahito off for Yuji’s black flash was Todo’s intention.
@@_RyanoMahito just went with what he thought Todo would switch with. That pipe could’ve been replaced with Todo or Yuji, but really, I just think Mahito panicked. He couldn’t have had any idea what Todo would’ve had in mind since he was so focused on Yuji the whole time. Todo suddenly coming into the fray with his Boogie Woogie would’ve changed whatever Mahito had in mind in the 1v1 with Yuji. Hence, he panicked and went for the pipe.
a bit late but i got the answer, mahito tought that todo was going to swap him with yuji, so mahito attacked behind him (where yuji would be if todo would have switched them), but they didnt switch so mahito just attacked the air
Sickest bluff in anime ever
