Pretty sure it is so he can breath. A lot of short faced dogs sleep like that, even as puppies. Sad, but true.

Don't spray the water in their ears bc it can cause infections that might b why he does like baths much bc u cld tell he didn't like it when u sprayed his ears and I just love to watch ur videos they're the cutest boys and ur a great dog dad to them...
