After I calibrate with everything back together is says calibration failed and stops
After reading the comments, I realized we weren’t the only ones with issues with the ZT printers.
why on my label it printed void several times .. but also print the label .. it's just waste the labels .. why thats happen and how to fix that?
We have one unit this tipe,...what the suitable ribbon type n brand, since very difficult to search suitable ribbon for this printer, ...?

Pressing the Next buttons on the screen doesn't work most of the time. Brand new Zebra is defective as it won't register pressing Next to calibrate
I experienced the same problem
Same issue I faced myself. I had to use a stylus pen just to get a full click.
Followed all instructions to the letter, printer still feeds to the middle of the label. It would be far more helpful to show EXACTLY where that green light is supposed to be instead of "between the bars". . . bars? do you mean perforations? Do you mean the center of the where the label would be? (I tried it that way too, no joy). This is the most frustrating printer I have ever used.

It's extremely annoying and frustrating that this has to be "calibrated" out of box for common label material and ink
we use this exact model everyday in warehouse. Every so often it says “ribbon out” but it’s clearly not.. we keep having to switch to Direct Thermal and even then it doesnt work
Same. We use Direct transfer labels and every now and then the printer will say "ribbon out" and won't accept the "direct thermal" setting. It just takes multiple tries of setting it to direct thermal before it takes. Very frustrating.
Hi we have a new brand Zt620 , we set de ip at the printer but we dont have ping. We set the same IP in the laptop and the ping test is sucessfull. Any Ideas? We dont have the ribbons yet, could it be this an issue to finish the configuration?

While printing, the ink ribbon wrinkled causing the text to fall out of frame. What is the cause?
