I think people learning how to be self sustainable is becoming more popular, and I think that's awesome! Also, the way things are right now, is probably gonna be necessary. More videos?
If you can make a video of harvesting worm casting out of the bin that would be cool. Thanks for the videos. Interested in the colony rabbit raising.
Worms are so underestimated. Thanks for the video
To the point, and very interesting! Would like 100 times if I could!
Great channel. I just subscribed. Cheers from Ottawa, Canada🍁
Awesome! Thank you!
Thank you! I was blessed with a couple acres that I hate to admit, but I've wasted the last few years. Last year I started to garden and for the first time I got things to grow. This year I have bigger plans...if I can achieve it, it's just me so no help. I have everything I need except worms. I'm hoping to find some locally. I can't afford the ones online right now.
Great video young man!
I think I'll start one.
You're a very good teacher, our country is in dire need of men like you..
Too many young people are worried about this or that on social media or whatever.
Hope your channel really grows a lot !I know it will!
All the best!✊
- We need a long form fishing catch && cook *&&* camping videos from you *PLEASE* !?!? 🏕
If you’re worried about the worms escaping through the holes, you could just line the bottom with (from bottom to top) rocks, mesh, sawdust, and then soil.
Love what your doing man!! Very good on explaining the steps on this worm bin.
Good stuff!
I can’t wait to see more videos from ya!
Keep the videos coming! Great information! I'm ready to start my worm bin.
Good content keep up the good work.
Good motivation for people to start vermicomposting! I don't put holes in the totes, but I have to watch moisture levels. Once you get going with one bin, it's very tempting to keep adding more!

You definitely gained a follower❤
My chickens eat all my kitchen waste. But this is a great idea. I subscribed
Pretty new to the channel. Digging the content.
Good content! Keep it up. 👍
Super cool video but there are African varieties that do well in the heat
Genial! Las lombrices pueden reciclar el cartón sin químicos. Son una maravilla de la naturaleza, un regalo de Dios. Great video!
So awesome! I have also heard if you use the juice that drains out to start your seeds it speeds up germination day required. I need to do this! Didn’t realize you could just buy Walmart worms! 🎉
The liquid can be harmfull! It's mismagement when rotten stuff comes like liquid out!
I would love more information on this and regenerative gardening. This was great.
If you throw away food scraps, it anerobically breaks down at the dump, releasing methane. But if you have a compost bin or pile out back, it is natural!
@@BaptistJoshua I am looking for a way to start small and do this indoors.
@@vldarden Well, he gave you everything you need to know.
@@BaptistJoshua not according to the research I’m doing. Worm farming indoors is not the same.
@@vldarden then don't farm indoors.
How do you actually separate the worms to get your worm castings??? Do you have to stir in your food scraps when you put them into the tote??? This is all new to me
So far I love your videos. I've only seen a few, and a couple of shorts. I don't know if you're In Idaho, but you seem like an Idaho boy to me.
Through you, God has answered my questions. I bought those same "Red Worms". And I thought they were red wigglers. Thank you.
So glad to help!
Why haven't you made more videos??
Bruh look up diatomaceous earth for deworming animals. It’s odorless and flavorless and it basically like flour. You can also put it around plants to kill pests.
You need to put your TT potato short on here 😊
I did :)
My city offers free mulch from all the yard waste people dump off. Would that be good in the box? I have an empty bin so I’d just have to pay for worms if that’s the case!
7 months later… where’s the next video
I have a question (and maybe you went over it in the video and I missed it) - how much do you feed them in a sitting?
How cold can you let them get? Even my garage gets below freezing in the winter?
I've heard 40°f for wigglers, Eisenia Fetida. 55° to 70°ish is optimum, ok up to 85°ish, 95° dead. ENC's are probably close to that.
So if i live in a hot place should i put them indoors
Where are you located? I’m in the arizona desert and have had trouble with the heat in my worm compost.
Could creek water be safe for the worms next to a main road
Yeah should be fine
I saw this on a different video of yours where you have rabbits can you tell me what kind of rabbits those are?
My breeding rabbits are silver foxes and New Zealand’s. Their offspring are a cross between those breeds
*Bunny* rabbits. 😉
Thank you
Why can't worms eat 🥩?
I think it's too dense of a food, and too rich in protein. They can have small amounts and certainly do in nature, but their a different decomposer than maggots or beetle larva. Compost worms are often called manure worms, because that what they specialize in. I actually have a lot growing in my meat rabbit colony bedding to help keep the colony clean.
@@sagesmokesurvival ahh I see, I always assumed worms were part of the natural detritivore community that eats dead animals lol
Gave up already?
