Nick, you will have lots of differential movement with the way you have positioned the servo arms and your Z bends. The servo arms must be at 90 degrees to the pushrod to eliminate differential movement on the control surfaces. As you have it now, you will have very little left rudder and lots of right rudder. Elevator needs re doing too.
Thank You Nick! Grat job :) For hingeing I like to use tape similar to Scotch Magic, also known as Invisible Tape. I thing it is stronger and more comfortable to do the hinge. It's more resistant for UV and oxidation IMHO. And really invisible ;) Good Luck!
Scotch Magic tape is a Mylar product which I believe was originally designed to be compatible with in the now old hat Mylar Drawing film. Always found it to be a good hinge material.
Really good build series Nick. but hang on, where is the X-Wing fighter update/flight!! would you do a video of your "fleet" and let us know your favorite glider........
Another great build Nick thank you for making it easy to follow your build so we have half a chance of building a decent model ourselves 👍 All the best for the New Year
Ah, so that's how you do tape hinges! Thanks Nick.

Great video, some super useful tips. I am struggling to find the link to buy the servos? An internet search has drawn a blank as well?

Thanks for this video Nick. Just one question, what tools did you use to bend the wire so squarely.
I have to be honest and say my original profession was dentistry and I used orthodontics pliers 😂 but you can buy z bend pliers

@@NickChittyFlying 😄 I have small flat nose pliers but bending very small angles is not easy. I saw hoping you had another hidden secret 🙂
