I’ve never related to someone more about being an introvert but wanting to experience life without it holding you back but it’s so hard 😭 I went to a cafe by myself to just sit down and eat and it was so nerve wracking, but eventually I settled into it. Here’s to pushing ourselves more 🥂

I’ve always wanted to go to a concert, and so many other things but have nobody to go with. This has inspired me so much!! I’m such an introvert, and let myself miss out on a lot of things
You’ve convinced me! An author I love is coming for her new book event. But it’s 2 hours away. I already got the tickets but was scared and just wasn’t going to go. But I’m gonna get an Airbnb for the first time by myself and enjoy it!

Amazingly well done forgoing to concert alone. I’ve done that a few years ago. Love my rock music and wanted to see Alice Cooper for years. None of my friends really have same music taste as me. He played London O2 in 2019 and my anxiety was bad that year but didn’t want it to stop me from going. I felt amazing for going even though I had a stinking cold and was planning my dads 80th so glad I pushed myself but yes, got to take care not to overdo things too 😅❤

I ❤ seeing fellow introverts living their best life 😍🥰 and yes your right that we as introverts need to get out of our comfort zones. This was me in my first 2 residency’s as a phd student I was so nervous around others. I was uncomfortable but met really cool people!.
throughout this second year of uni I've ended up going to/doing things by myself instead of waiting for someone to come with me and I'm really proud of myself to see how far I've come. I'm still learning to be comfortable going to the gym by myself but I'm going to do it today!
I went to see Harry Styles by myself and that was the best idea, i lived a magical night, i was so happy !!
I was also at Hans Zimmer and cried the whole way through😅 it was amazinggg 🤩 you looked fab x

I just wanted to say Thank You. Your videos bring me some much peace, joy, and comfort. When I was younger I used to think that the fast paced city life was what I wanted. However now in my mid forties I find that the quiet country introvert life truly makes my soul sing. It brings me happiness, peace, and comfort. I have no desire to be around other people or out and about. Except for nature I do find that being in nature also brings me peace. However due to the insane heat here in the US in the desert 🌵 my desire is kind of in a heat stroke at the moment. 😊 Again, thank you.

Sooooo happy you loved the concert! I’m flying outta the country (london, baby!) all by myself at the beginning of august!!!! solo travel is something so daunting for a major introvert, I think, but it’s my fave place on earth, so I’m excited to push myself!

I went to see Interstellar on my own last Monday!! It was uncomfortable at first and my fear came true: I sat in The wrong seat. But gues what, The world didnt end and I had a great time on my own!! Going to The cinemas alone more often for sure :)

i'm an extreme introvert and have been pushing myself by going to the gym by myself. it seems small but it really is so rewarding. i can always relate to you so much and you inspire me to keep pushing myself in different ways!

As a fellow introvert, I commend you for pushing yourself out of your comfort zone. It’s not easy but I’m glad you did it and had a great time in the process. You’ve inspired me to take myself to the cinema. I’ve been wanting to go to the cinema for a while but I always talk myself out of it. I’ve decided to just go and try to enjoy myself. I sometimes feel judged by the people around me when they see I’m by myself which makes me nervous and self conscious. But I’m going to try to block that out of my head and just have a good time.
The company i recently joined has asked me to start posting content to get students interested and I'm quite introverted and normally a silent observer on tik tok so pushing myself out of my comfort zone to create silly little videos and finding myself actually enjoying it!!
I’m an extreme introvert and always find it hard to deviate from my routines, but it sure feels good when you push yourself and try something new. Well done for going to a concert alone, I get nervous alone just in a coffee shop.

I went out of my comfort zone last week when I did an activity at work which was like The voice, and I had to sing in front of people. I wasn’t alone to do this but as an introvert it’s hard to be in the spotlight. But I did it anyway, I wanted to push myself and my team and I we won the competition!! I understand completely the feeling of the “I did it!”
