I have seen some other videos like this. Nobody makes like her. She makes it just perfect, the cheese, the melting point, the other ingredients. Even her knife is perfect to grab the cheese without bending and then cut the crust. All simple and tasty.

None of the other guys ever seem to melt the cheese enough (but _do_ manage to burn it 😆) and they’re so stingy with it too. But this chick knows what’s up - she *pours* that cheese on, which is of course much easier to do when you actually melt it enough/right in the first place, and the proof is in the generous cascades of velvety, melted, gooey goodness she keeps dishing out 🤤🧀😛 If I ever make it to Prague I def know who I want serving me my raclette!
The street food in Prague is amazing, especially during the Christmas season. I ate better on the streets there than in many restaurants on the same trip. Prague is an amazing city. Put that place on your list if you ever find yourself in that part of the world. I want to go back!!
You must try cheese in potatos. Not out. Take a big boiled potato and put cheese in it, it will melt. Then put corns, sausage, ketchup, maybe some sliced olives etc.
