People freak out about the mullet. In the 90s, the hairstyle that was the mullet was much longer in the back than in the front (Billy Ray Cyrus). Actually, most hairstylists at the time were cutting most people’s hair shorter in the front than the back, typically about a 2 inch difference. I am glad it is more acceptable to have a variety of hairstyles now. Her haircut makes her happy, which is what is most important. It is also adorable.

People don't freak out about the mullet, they just still have PTSD lasting from the 80's, kids had nightmares too and in the 90's, it was already seen as outdated unless you were living in the middle of serious rednecks in remote areas.
