Hello This bolt that removed the wobble - how long is it. Is there anything else behind it or is it just a bolt. I ask because my bolt is 10 mm long. I took it out because no matter how much I screw it, nothing changes.
Thanks for that. Any idea how to disassemble the head tilt mechanism? My head is stuck in the down position and the head release lever won't budge it. Cheers.
I need to adjust my beater as it doesn't go to the bottom. Thanks for the tip. You would think Kenwood would test the machines before they leave the factory
Thanks for the tip! I tried to adjust the screw nothing happened and then i tried again more and the screw fell in the machine… What can i do to retrieve it? Do i open the base? Thanks
Did you turn it all the way anti clockwise? It's probably just fell into the stand at the front you could try turn it upside down to get the stud out. Or stick a magnetic screw driver down there.

Hi, it doesn't sound good. Is it brand new? When you tighten it all the way or loosen it all the way does the jitter change?
