*Each judge, with his own strengths and weaknesses, is an example of faith and courage. Deborah, the only woman among the judges, courageously led the Israelites to victory over their enemies. Gideon, despite his initial doubts, obeyed God and freed the people from oppression. Samson, despite his shortcomings, was used by God to defeat the Philistines. These stories encourage us to believe that God can use anyone, no matter how weak or imperfect, to accomplish His purposes. Have the courage to follow God and use the gifts He has given you to serve Him and others.*

Among them, I love SHAMGAR AND HIS OX GOAD the most. His name was mentioned in a single verse. But he was able to defeat 600 abled men with his farming tool and saved Israel. His courage and bravery is exceptional.
Thanks for sharing. May God bless you more.

Othniel was the nephew of Caleb, from the tribe of Judah. Othniel married Caleb's daughter, who was his cousin.
If God is in our work then we don't need to pressure them

Great explanation. But I am curious to know why did God told Samson's mother that "he should avoid contact with the dead?"
He was kept a nazarene from birth... Touching of the dead was seen as unclean in Jewish law
0:16 did Israel have such Egypt like architecture/ pillars? I never thought of such but it would make a bit of cross pollinated ideas sense/logic considering their history and ties
We all need to learn y
Othniel was Kalev's half-brother.

Sir, what is the specific hebrew name of the Lord god [Hebrew "adonay elohim"] of the israelites since the English words "LORD/lord" & "GOD/god" are mere TITLES only? (Exod.3:13-15,18). Besides that, there are many "LORD/lord" and many "GOD/god" in 1Cor. 8:5, arent they? As far as i know, those Israelites JUDGES during their time, they never worship by invoking the english words ""Lord God"" because they spoke hebrew only, am i correct? What version of bible youre officially using in your blog?
