    Mai Gaya se hun. Meri Dadiji Kuch dusri sabziyan bhi isi tarah se banati thi . Bus wo chicken masala wagairah nahi dalti thi. Knadi sauf wagairah dal Kar banati. Tel jaise aapne mix kiya hai waise he Dadiji bhi. Aur bartan shayad pital Ka hota tha. Bhari bartan hota tha.

    आपने बताया है की आपने जो सरसो का तेल लिया वह 4-5 घंटे पा पकाया हुआ है... मुझे ये बात समझ नहीं आयी....
    क्या आपने 4-5 घंटे सिर्फ सरसो के तेल को गैस पर गर्म किया था..
    यदि हाँ..... तो आपने सरसो का तेल कितना लिया था और 4-5 घंटे गर्म करने के बाद वह सरसो का तेल कितना बचा...
    मुझे यह बात समझ नहीं आयी, कृपया अच्छे से समझाएं. 🙏🏻
    और यदि में आपने घर में 1/2 किलो कटहल की सब्जी बनाना चाहूँ तो उसे गैस पर कितनी देर पकाना पड़ेगा
    कृपया ये भी बतायें 🙏🏻

    Aapne aadha sach bataya h..pyaj ne itna Pani to nahi chhoda or jab aapne khola to patila sabji me lipta hua nahi tha iska matlab aapne beech me kholkr hilaya h or Pani bhi dala h....jaise aap banao vaise hi bataya Karo please 🙏

      Sahi kaha sbji ab tk patile me lipat jani chaiye thi ..paani dala gya h. Grevi dekh k hi pta chl rha...ki sirf pyaz ki grevi nhi h ..or agar h bhi to patila hilaya h to upar dhakkan me kuchh b nhi lga h wo bilkul saaf h ..😊
