- Police Minister Senzo Mchunu has given an update on the illegal
military training camp discovered in Mpumalanga where 95 Libyans were
arrested. Willem Els from the Institute of Security Studies says
questions should be asked about who sent them to the country, given that
Libya is currently going through severe conflict.

The number of trainees is too high for just security guards. This is more like an army.
An "army" is defined as about 10'000-20'000 troops. This is at most a Company, which is usually about 100 troops.

Follow the whole paper trail from visa application date and approval. Check the approval signatures. To whom does the property belong, who funded the whole thing, check that security companies registration and owner. All that should have been done beforehand.
