How come in your other video it looks more like spring twist? Are you twisting differently? I like this result better because its very similar to how my real hair fluffs up.
I watched the video again for clarification. I see that poppin twist has the more spring twist look and the water poppin looks like what I want.

She didn't cut the pre-fluffed hair, just the water wave hair from the pack. That's the hair that's hanging to hide her scalp.
