In the opening of episode 1 Charlie describes how Eve taking the fruit allowed evil to enter the garden. The imagery shows a root reaching out for earth und growing a grip around it. Is Roo, the Root of all that is evil, the thing that corrupted the garden and humanity?
So in addition to Sinners and Fallen Angels (as well as angels still in Heaven) we also have the literal "Root of All Evil"...all this on top of possible future threats from Lovecraftian Horrors (remembering that Stolas straight-up name-drops Azathoth in Helluva Boss).

If she has her HB characters appear in HH, the rights of use also belong to A24/Amazon and she will no longer be able to use them in her indie series. So, no, it will likely not happen.
I think roo will appear both on Helluva Boss and Hazbin hotel, which the final episode of both series will be a crossover where Stolas, Amadeus and Alastor, along eith the help of the main characters of both shows, will fight her.
I've seen theories that also say that roo could actually be eve. She ate the apple that would doom humanity, apples have seeds in them so she likely swallowed one of the seeds and became the root of all evil

This is a theroy , Im good at those sometimes.
Thanks to this, I’m beginning to suspect that Vivzie and the team at Spindlehorse secretly have plans to have a crossover between Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss somewhere in the future. I know people say that even though the 2 shows are in the same universe, they are they’re own things, and they are right about that. So I figured the best way to make a official crossover between Helluva and Hazbin happen is by introducing something that could threaten Hell or something similar to that, to bring both shows together. For my money, I am betting Roo is THE character, due to her threatening nature, to make a crossover possible one way or another.
Honestly, given how Adam was the first villain for the series, I wouldn't be surprised if Roo was related to Cain, since he was the first murderer, or at least Roo could've been the one to make Cain kill Abel.
So basically, Roo is technically a metaphor for the apple tree from the garden Eden (like her name is literally root of all evil like the root of the tree) but that’s just a little theory .
You can see roo eyes in multiple episodes watching the main cast. Sometimes the eyes even look at one of the main cast members. I have a theory that roo is the reason alot of our main characters are in hell that she is intentionally ruining people lives to send them to hell make them worse than collect their souls to get stronger. And that roo is powering certain overlords like Valentino and Alastor without them knowing well I believe Alastor may of intentionally made a deal with her to be as strong.
I think this would make a lot of sense as it would explain why sera wanted to avoid redeeming sinner for fear that one might slip through being used by her as a vessel
Many believe that Roo IS the tree of knowledge but now many think that Eve became Roo by consuming the fruit of the tree since it was never said that Adam ate the fruit as well.
I’ve seen theories that Roo is Eve from the garden of Eden, after she was cast out for taking the apple and that made her the “root of all evil”. It would explain what happened to her and why we don’t ever see her or hear anything about her in Hazbin Hotel. If Lilith isn’t the one who has Alastor on a leash, it could be Roo.

The way Roo's name is spelled always seemed odd to me. If it is short for Root of All Evil, I would believe it. What I want to know is what Viv meant by using the hashtag "trash lady" in the reveal tweet.
I saw a theory that Roo is Eve, and her name is a play on Rue like regret, that maybe she regrets taking the apple and blames Lucifer and Lilith and wants to take them down. I thought it was a neat idea
I think Alastor has a deal with Roo and will use Charlie and maybe even someone else’s favor in order to break the deal in season 2 and Roo will get mad and be the villain throughout season 3 maybe even 4 too but we will see what is in store for us in season 2

Theory, what if roo owns alastors soul? She has the symbol, and so does alastor when using his magic, could be something. But that's just a theory a HAZBIN theory.
But if "Roots of Evil" is something so important and knew about hell, then it means she is not exactly a sinner, right? Wow! Even though Roo has not been in the show yet, there's been symbols of her everywhere! I bet she's as threatening as Adam, Lute, and the rest of Heaven and of course the Three Vs. Root of all Evil is right.😨😈
I know there’s been the whole theory going around that Alastor sold his soul to Lilith but I actually have a feeling he perhaps sold his soul to Roo instead. Just call it a gut feeling but it would make a little more sense due to the fact we see Lilith in heaven at the end of the season and there also really wouldn’t be anything beneficial for Lilith to get from Alastor. Roo on the other hand sees the absolute chaos that is Alastor and wants to use him as like a tool for her eventual destruction or uprising. It would also explain Alastor’s powers involving transporting overlords souls or souls in general to a different plane where he broadcasts their screams. It’s possible Roo gave him that power and wherever Roo is residing right now is the same dimension that Alastor transports those souls to as a way to please her. I also think this deal ties back to Nifty as we see in the Pilot, Husk is transported from whatever he was doing to Alastor’s beck and call because he sold his soul to him. But Nifty? She seemingly just manifests from a deep pit of hell when summoned. Could it perhaps be Roo giving Alastor an assistant for their mission? And perhaps Alastor wants to find a way to break the deal because he either is getting too greedy and wants to rule with nothing binding him down. Or perhaps he knows in some twisted way that once Roo gets what she wants she won’t have a use for Alastor anymore. Of course it doesn’t explain Alastor’s 7 year gap with being missing but I think it’s an interesting theory. And I want to make this clear, this is just a theory, it is probably wrong, or it could be true, and there is probably a lot I’m missing or forgetting about.

I don’t know if you notice this but in the story of Eden intro what looks an awful lot like a limb or tongue from that one drawing of Roo grabs on to the earth
The fact that her symbol is shown in both “Hazbin Hotel” and “Helluva Boss” proves that they exist in the same universe. We already knew that of course.
I had a weird thought a few days ago that Roo might be Eve. I know its weird but think about it when Eve ate the fruit evil spread onto Earth as we see in Hazbin Hotel and Roo is considered Root of all Evil so maybe Eve is Roo. I dont know but its just a theory 😂
I'm a bit shocked. I mean all these symbols... Maybe she's an absolute evil from some kind of abyss or an evil before Lucifer... she looks like some lovecraftian cosmic ancient stuff tbh .
Yeah she is. I wonder how strong she is, she existed before the universe and angels/demons as a living concept, obviously derived from God due to creating the laws and concept of duality making her a primordial being. I think only God can put an end to her
I honestly think that maybe if roo is a big a threat as shes been hinted as being, i think its more likely that shes the one alastor made a deal with, which would explain why hes so powerful and was able to topple overlords so easily.

I don’t know if you notice this but in the story of Eden intro what looks an awful lot like a limb or tongue from that one drawing of Roo grabs on to the earth
woah, okay, this is getting way more interesting
I WAS SO EXCITED TO KNOW THAT THE VEES HAVE A BIG ROLE IN SEASON 2 BUT NOW ROO TOO THIS IS GOING TO BE AMAZING😭😭😭
I wonder if she's the one who has Alastor on a leash...
I always thought the demon drawn on the wall was Alastor
Roo = “root of all evil”
The fact that her symbol is shown in both “Hazbin Hotel” and “Helluva Boss” proves that they exist in the same universe. We already knew that of course.
I had a weird thought a few days ago that Roo might be Eve.
I know its weird but think about it when Eve ate the fruit evil spread onto Earth as we see in Hazbin Hotel and Roo is considered Root of all Evil so maybe Eve is Roo.
I dont know but its just a theory 😂
Interesting had no idea there was this character called Roo intriguing indeed…
Wait we also see that symbol with alastors last song right when he says he’s tied down what if he made a deal with her
I'M THINKING GOING TO WRITING A MANGA STORIES ABOUT IT THIS A GOOD IDEAS.
I think only God can put an end to her
I think alastor made a deal with roo to become stronger that's why husk said alastor is also on a leash
Wait that's sick. I can't wait to see what this all means!
I honestly think that maybe if roo is a big a threat as shes been hinted as being, i think its more likely that shes the one alastor made a deal with, which would explain why hes so powerful and was able to topple overlords so easily.
