Your perception and experience are way different from mines for the past three years I have seen nothing but plus size , BBLs and transgenders ( genetically alter men) constantly being push to the forefront of social media to represent all black women. Along with having sponsorships , campaigns , commercials and overall inclusions. These communities never care about speaking up for or including natural hour glass shapes. A BBL and a plus size woman with hips and butt is not what is considered curvy hourglass shape by fashion experts. Only black woman push this delusion. I hate when black women who are considered fit are able to get their shine with sponsorships and the plus size and BBL community never shows support for naturally hourglass fit or petite women. You all in get group one by one making videos like you are discussing lack of inclusion and that’s not entirely true. All women should be supported in fashion no what size of body or color. No woman should be feeling trigger , sad or angry because no one in their clique got pick for shows. Nor should the women who got picked feel horrible about their accomplishments because other women are angry because they didn’t get pick or the people they want to see didn’t get pick.
Thank you for always recognizing us midsize women! I’m self conscious a lot of the time because my stomach isn’t all the way flat and I have larger boob and not to mention short.
