Hokkaido University’s president Kiyohiro Houkin, who is a medical doctor in neurosurgery, visits fascinating researchers at Hokkaido University in the “The President’s Adventures in Knowledge-Land” video series. In the second installment entitled “Endless research on the endless space” he talks with Professor Hisayoshi Yurimoto.
Prof. Yurimoto led an international team of more than 100 researchers in the analysis of samples from the asteroids Itokawa and Ryugu, which were brought back by the Hayabusa and Hayabusa2 probes respectively. (Shot in December 2023)
