Part of it, at least for me, is the fallacy that length=value in games. A lot of high budget games deliberately drag themselves out just to be longer to make people think they're getting more for their money. Original Resident Evil, just for example, you could actually finish in under two hours if you knew the game. Five hours was a pretty typical playtime for a blind first time run. Then compare that old classic to Resident Evil 6, which was a mammoth sized game at a glance, until you realize just how many areas you have to go through that have no relevance to the plot and are pretty much just run from one end to the other while under attack by monsters. Literally areas that exist solely to make the game longer. I'd rather buy a shorter but higher consistent quality game than a longer game that waters down its own content to extend playtime.

To be honest, i dont watch jack a lot anymore but i really like him whenever he plays games, reminds me of the days, i would watch him whenever i came back from school
As a fellow gamer with issues remembering stuff, I recommend keeping a pen and notepad next to you. That way you can jot down little details, like that safe combo. I also like how the character just keeps getting covered in more and more blood the farther you get in the game. As for that name "The Snipper". I am just picturing some dude with a huge creepy grin on his face saying "Snip snip .. *giggles* .. snippity snip" as he slowly starts cutting the flesh from your still living body with a pair of kitchen scissors. Now that scenario makes the name "The Snipper" actually scary.
Jack cracking jokes about smoking weed is like Arin trying to sound cool when joking about weed XD I love it. Also it's fat bong rips, just for future jokes
"I fed the soda machines and I taught my new friends a lesson. I've lost the kitchen key" is, so far, the scariest part of this game. This is a strange mixture of concepts and it broke my brain. I predict the friends are currently murdered and cut into pieces somewhere further in the game, perhaps inside the soda machines.
Sean regularly uploading means he's genuinely enjoying playing and recording these games, and that makes me happy. Really good to see you've been enjoying with these videos lately dude.

LMAO
That's how you know he knows nothing about smoking 🍃🍃. 😂😂😂
"You may be the Snipper, but I'm the Sprinter, baby" - Jacksepticeye
The Snipper: "Your name doesn't have to be scary as long as you are" Also the Snipper: *Making his victims underestimate his fear factor with his name unfitting of how terrifying he actually is*
Still scarier than the Peepeepoopoo Man.
*Jack:* "Go back"
*Contemplation intensifies*
*Also Jack:* "That sign's not gonna bother me, cus I can't read!"
The killer being called "The Snipper" is funny but the killer himself is scary. The game made Jack scream in full terror. Frightful game. Very well done horror game.
11:43 That “Oh no, he’s here” had nothing but pure fear in it
I need more of Jack just screaming bloody murder whenever something absolutely terrifying happens.
The part at the start had me laughing - Jacks editor is genius with the added animation when Jack is explaining things. :) great video as always Jack!
14:56 I don't think he's ever freaked out that hard on this channel ONCE, and all that happened was a spooky sound in the dark. Dude gave us the Hermes Conrad panic 😂
these simple horror games jack plays are starting to become my favorite ones, you dont always need a complicated storyline or 4k graphics to reach the goal of a good horror game
*Jack being a LITTLE on edge*
Jack: "We got the supply key room"
not the supply room key, the supply key room.
Ah yes, the room to the supply key
Im glad im not the only one who heard that 😂
Hell yeah, i love these indie horror game play-throughs
@YeaMan says the guy who can't spell Page
@YeaMan And im a fairy godmother.
@@therealfreakbob8717 XD
@YeaMan But Sean has heat on his page, a wee bit better than a random named Paige ,_,
"I've been on a horror kick lately."
And I appreciate that cause my favorite games to watch are horror, especially from you so keep them coming pls lol
I’m calling it right now
The sequel to this game is gonna be about the kid who leaned to far back in his chair
😂 Or made that face and it got stuck like that.
"Jack the Snipper" sounds like a character Sean would play in one of Markiplier's choose your own adventure series.
Sounds a little too close to jack the ripper 🤨
@@ArtyGirl808 Exactly.
I love the movement in this game, you can moonwalk your way into the bank while singing smooth criminal and no one will never know
love that song
@@Instabruh.User.. no one asked!
Jack's scream in this game felt so different. That is the true horrified scream of jack. Truest fear
Did no one notice how perfectly timed the slamming of the shutters was when Jack was singing smooth criminal?
Honestly though
Goddamn, I love the steady stream of scary games Jack has been playing lately. It makes for good entertainment when I’m eating or playing games.
if you like horror games so much i would reccomend watching Evelien. She's a bit more chill than Jack, but they still got the same kind of humor (bf and gf y'know) and she posts more of that type of content :)
Funny how the crash was perfectly timed at then end of “...a smooth criminal”
The fact that I'm getting scared more by Jack's montage than the actual jumpscares in the game is baffling
Never run with scissors kids - Cool things may happen. Magical things
You made two comments!?!?! Impossible!
@Rumblingstation🅥⸜⁄ yo wtf. I hiiiiiighly doubt that’s gonna get you any good attention
Jack running like Adam was beyond funny, Hilarious even.
Why does everyone laugh at how i run
@@murf3489 its law
@@murf3489 nothing personal, it just how it be
true I mean Adam run like Woody
I love how the scissor sound they used sounds like those small craft scissors that children use
Lmao, I can't unhear it now. Just a serial killer runnin around with child safety scissors trying to stab people with the little rounded blade tips😂
That "you wouldn't steal a car" reference immediately played the who add thingy in my brain. I can hear the music. Good job. It got a proper chortle out of me :)
this had an ending I really didn't expect. The silhouettes placed everywhere made an uneasy feeling in my gut.
"I'll go into the women's restroom. Nothing bad ever happens in there."
He says as he opens the door to find a leg in the toilet.
Was it just me or did anyone else think that many analogue horror games Sean has played was about to be from the fears to fathom series and then it just ends up being something else. I really think that if more episodes of it have come out the Sean should definitely play it.
Yep happens every time
0:31 Best youtube intro ever, change my mind
The scream at the scissor hanging room has me dying. I can't breath.
2:50 Robin's little "yes" "oh" is wonderful
jack: “i need to be robbing stuff”
robin, in the corner: “yes? oh”
Hey Sean, your videos really make people smile and laugh. I've been crying a lot and just a few seconds into this video has already made me feel better. Thank you very much, be well and be safe!
After a stressful shift, some spooks and a loud Irish man are exactly what I need :]
i love how the soda is named "isded"
when you flip it is spells "pepsi"
To be honest, i dont watch jack a lot anymore but i really like him whenever he plays games, reminds me of the days, i would watch him whenever i came back from school
"You may be the snipper, but I'm the sprinter baby!" Fucking killed me
As a fellow gamer with issues remembering stuff, I recommend keeping a pen and notepad next to you.
Also it's fat bong rips, just for future jokes
yeah i totally weeded so hard yesterday lmao
Pretty sure the joke of his phrasing was he was trying to sound like he didn't know the right terms
6:19 Can comfirm. Sometimes the periods get so bad, you just lose a leg. It happens. Don't worry about it.
"I want a horror game that's just over the radio" having just watched the killer frequency playthrough that made me laugh 😂
Considering some flesh plopped out of one of them, I think it's safe to assume there be people stuffed in there
Sean regularly uploading means he's genuinely enjoying playing and recording these games, and that makes me happy. Really good to see you've been enjoying with these videos lately dude.
Dang, it’s days like these when I’m really happy Jack posts- successfully got my Spanish Speaking GCSE done today so it’s nice to wind down to some spooks- thanks for the de-stresses as always Jack!!
Congratulations!
Felicidades ♡
@@romanluna1702 ¡Muchas gracias! ☺️

I love when you play these games! The chillias art games are amazing and puppet combo's are perfect.
Aight time to watch this and fall asleep with a smile afterwards
*"Dude Runs Like A Puppet."*
I died of laughter lol! 😂😂😂
Can we all agree that when jackie boy uploads our day gets so much better
"A horror game that's just over the radio" - like a podcast, a radio play! Such a cool idea. I bet listening with headphones at night would be freaky
Is it just me or the vending machine "isded" is a pepsi vending machine but backwards and upside down ? Good one !
