Yea I just opened mine and it’s not doing anything except turns on and off it’s stuck the modes won’t change the app says device connected but once in the camera it says device not found smh
hi dear, it's smartphone gimbal so it doesn't work with DSLR. As for TIktok, you can just log in your Tiktok account and meanwhile turn on our AI tracker, then it will follow your face. To be frank, even if the smartphone is not attached to the gimbal, AI tracker can also follow your face because there's a lens inside and it doesn't need to connect with any APP in smartphone. you can add me in Whatsapp or Wechat if you have more questions and I'm really happy to explain. any figure out how to track an object though? i see the button in the app and it says to select object but cant seem to figure out how to select object for tracking
This does not work, or at least not how its shown here. I have a pixel 6 pro. I charged it fully upon unboxing, i installed my phone, installed the app, connected Bluetooth, connected the ai tracker and everything. Powered on the gimbal and if i even move the handle a little the gimbal starts flipping my phone around like crazy. Double tapping the power button doesnt bring it back. Ai tracking tracks my face centered to the ai device, not my camera so the video ALWAYS shows me out of center. Even if there was some actual stability i would be happy but like i said any movement causes it to freak out. Do not buy this.
Were you squeezing the shutter button on the opposite side from the joystick? I've had what you described happen to me. You are undoubtedly pressing and holding multiple buttons at the same time.

hi my friend, your face should always is facing to the phone camera or camera in AI tracker at least not totally turn around your face backwards, otherwise, it can't detect your face and then will lose the target to trace.
@@lijunwang928this happens to me as me as soon as I stop moving for more than 5 seconds. I use this tripod at functions when I’m speaking at podium. Then it just scrolls over to nothing for seemingly no reason. Can you help?

The thumb stick (the little joystick) is useless for smooth control. It is too sensitive even in the slowest setting.
How do you calibrate the motion tracking on the app?
Press and hold the center of the app screen. An adjustable toggle should appear the bottom and right side of the screen.
Mine did not come with the AI tracker. It only came with the feel light
different kits; you need to choose a kit with AI tracker which has fill light inside too. Prices for these two kits are different too.

AI tracker module means you don't need any app; it can even follow your face when your phone is not installed on the gimbal.

how many gimbals do you have? If there're several gimbals powered on at the same time, smartphone may be connected to one of them already.
