After collecting the huge amount of fireworks needed for the Deathstar project people asked if transporting was dangerous and what if they went of in the van, well this seemed like a question worth answering and as my old van was going scrap yard it seemed fitting to give it one last job.

Taking inspiration from your comments led me to this experiment, the outcome was better than expect as yes i knew the van would not be blow to bits but it got way more twisted than expected......then some bloke in a plane turned up and made it all worse/better. It's all fun n madness in lincolnshire.

This happened accidentally yet for real when I was about 10 years old. My uncle had about 1/6 that amount of fireworks in the back of his pickup truck that went up. Still one of the best fireworks displays I've ever seen!!!!! LOL

Modern gunpowder is filled with some oxidizer, that's how guns can fire in water, and theoretically space.
yeah, im not sure about the glowy bits, but the rocket parts of all fireworks have oxidisers in em.

The 8-Bit Guy Potassium nitrate is the oxidizer in ordinary black powder. It is about 70% by weight in the formula, so there is plenty of "on board" oxygen in a firework. If you can keep it dry, it will even work underwater.

This is just *minor damage*
Make a huge ball made out of metal. On that ball make holes all around it but don’t make them too big so the fireworks don’t fall out. Then attach the ball to the vehicle that usually carries a wrecking ball. Then set the firework on fire and swing the ball.
