I hope your customer appreciates the fact you were able to do this repair. As the saying goes, “just because I make it look easy doesn’t mean it’s easy”.

With only 250 subs and 800 views with 18 hours since its release, that tells you you're onto something. Stay sincere, be yourself, keep teaching and this channel will grow very quickly.

Wow! That is some craftsmanship! What I would consider a very difficult panel contour, you made it amazingly well. Even if an aftermarket panel was available, it wouldn't fit as precisely as the one you crafted.

you can pull the sticky side of tape onto your shirt to reduce the sticky also.

You can wipe a layer of candle wax on all those contours and then put a few Coats of Spray in bed liner on it and it will pop off and you will have the perfect reverse Of that detail. It's a lot less labor-intensive than using many layers of tape

This might be an odd question but,, how much would you charge me for both corners and a straight piece for the center section of that body line, ive got the same rust issues with mine and you seem to have a grip on the tooling and setup to run them off, if you're interested "please " let me know

    • @motleymetals

I greatly appreciate the compliment but unfortunately I’m so far behind I have to stay focused on getting my backlog of parts done. I may start making a few parts and selling them once these projects are complete. If you do attempt to make the pieces and run into any issues feel free to ask a question and I’ll do my best to answer.

I greatly appreciate it. I started making videos cause I’m learning and explaining helps me understand the process better and I know how hard it is to find good information and learn where I’m at. Hopefully I can help people learn and do the work they want on their projects
