    This narrator is good, but I really prefer the original Hammerson Peters voice, it's the Canadian diction that really brings it home for me. You just expect him to be telling the story in a fur trappers lodge, it's the best

    Regarding animals and bonds with their owners, there is a large monument in Australia to a dog that waited for it's owner to come home from world war I, on the spot where it's master had told it to stay,
    It's master was killed and never returned but that faithful dog stayed waiting in that place until it died some years later.
    Also, when we would go away for xmas, my childhood dog would escape from the friends house who was minding it and run 16km to check to see if we were home. A long way for a fox terrier.

    Interesting. I wonder if the ability of dogs to hone in on their owners whereabouts is in any way related to how wolves can sense intruders encroaching on their territory from up to 60 miles away. Kinda like an evolutionary attribute passed on with an alternative motive.

  • @Soundofwindonsand
    @Soundofwindonsand 3 месяца назад +1

    Did you ever hear about animal traits being passed on by ticks that had bitten other animals beforehand
    I have over 200 tick scars on my body, but I've never had any problems (except the 2 tick born illnesses) and I think that idea is just crazy.
    But the little miniature spirit fox that sits on my right shoulder says it's True. And she's never lied before.
    Do you think I should trust her? She is the one who told me the story in the first place.
