That time in Korea, nobody asked which kpop group do you like rather everyone asked each other whom from Exo do you like. It broke the 12 years drought in K-music industry and became the first million seller album in 12 years. Exo won their first MTV EMA with it beating One Direction. And that time Exo was just a year old rookie group. It was the turning point of their career.
The Lucky One video was EXO being cloned for their super powers. You see two D.O.s and two Kais in the beginning of the video. Later they escape. If you watch the MV “Obsession”, clones make a reappearance. Thanks for the reaction; it was fun. Lucky makes me want to dance too.
If you haven't know yet. Before BTS debuted, EXO is such a huge thing, they don't have any word association except for the word EXO itself which means out, but it's unlikely to be used, so 2013 which is the Growl and Wolf era after they debut, they have this thing called WOLF 88 in everything, numbers are meant for every nembers (i.e. D.O. 12, Baekhyun 04 and the list goes on for every members). I remembered that almost everyone in our country wore a wolf 88 shirt or a hat. It's a thing. That's just how big they are.

Yes! In Lucky One, the Red Force (EXO's antagonist) trapped them!, they are trying to scape and are still in the maze shown in Overdose! Kai is dancing because he can't teleport 😂
I don't know what newer songs you know from Exo that aren't focused on choreography, but even if you watch "Cream Soda" ( 2023) , you will change your mind, the song has a very hyped choreo, despite of them being 10 years older than when "Growl" came out . I think you are still influenced by their Killing Voice performance , where they only used their vocals, no choreo 😊
