    Ingredients:
    Rolled oats 2 cups
    Chopped walnuts and chopped almonds, 1/4 cup each
    2 tbsp each, Dried cranberries, chopped dates, and chopped apricots
    Dried golden figs 3-4, chopped
    Roasted seeds (sunflower and pumpkin) 1/4 cup, each
    Melted coconut oil 1/4 cup
    Maple syrup 1/4 cup
    a pinch of ground cinnamon
    Instructions,
    In a large bowl, add the rolled oats and (chopped nuts, dry fruits, and seeds)) and mix.
    pour the melted coconut oil and the maple syrup
    sprinkle ground cinnamon on top and stir to mix well.
    Line a rimmed baking dish with parchment paper.
    Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet, and spread it into an even layer.
    place the dish inside the Air Fryer basket and Air fry at 300F for 20-25 minutes
    mix/stir every five minutes during the cooking time.
    cook until the granola looks slightly golden and crispy.
    please note, the granola will continue to crisp up as it cools.
    Cool completely before storing.store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
