Way more than any Cdrama or Kdrama, and it’s in every episode after they get together! Love it! It does drag on a bit at the end but the couple is so cute that I didn’t mind.

I'm rewatching this show, because it's fantastic. Not a lot of these shows are re-watchable because some of the drama-heavy shows have way too much talking and not enough really happening, but this one is nearly perfect!
@@euniceotieno3020 Dude, even now in 2022 (2 years after writing my original comment), I still think about how great this show is. It has a perfect balance of comedy and drama. There is a side plot I don't care much about (the cliche love triangle thing), but there is a moment at the end that makes the entire show 100% worth it. I can't spoil it, but it brings the drama level to 1,000 and it's very emotional. This show is so memorable 🥰
Loved the couple, they were so cute and fun to watch. Lots and lots of sweet kisses. The storylines were mostly easygoing, which is a nice break from the heavier dramas. I really liked the main and secondary actors. I highly recommend this show.
Dont consider it just start watching. I promise you it's a great great entertaining drama with great intimacy and great kisses. It has a lot of moral value lessons in. Oh and happy ending. I started watching it before it was complete and had to patiently wait for episodes and englis subtitles, but you can start.

Excellent historical drama, with many funny moments too. Great actors and costumes, the two leads are both awesome. I'm particularly happy that Fang Yi Lun gets the girl in this one. He was very likeable in Jiu Liu Overlord but didn't get the girl there.

This series has a wonderful male lead who isn’t toxic and is so supportive and sweet. And it doesn’t drag the romance arc out and people don’t get together til the end, which is so annoying among shows.
I Love Chinese dramas regardless if they are historical or fantasy.. I think they are a lot better for my grands to watch.. no actual sexual scenes.. usually they help my grands to read English words.. to help them in reading.. they think its a party to watch an episode of Chinese drama.. we light candles and snacks and soft drinks.. and we call it a party .. but they have to make good grades in school for it to be a real party for them... i personally like the plots of mystery and discovery if the plots.. leaving us hanging on our seats for the next episode.. A BIG THANK YOU to the translators who took the time to help the English speakers.. also .. the grandchildren and myself are learning words in Chinese which helps us all to practice them with each other.. I was really amazed the brilliant thoughts of the director of this series, because there is interaction between family,culture,military positon,highiest positon in the country.they valued more the work and sencerity of thier positon and follow rules. Its not boring but it is interesting series,which we alway watching repeatedly. Its not only romantic but its all about the whole cycle of the life story....🙂🙂🙂 Thank you direct and staff, actors and actresses ❤️

This is my second favorite drama the first being The Eternal Love and the third Ten Miles of Peach Blossom. The storyline, the acting, the chemistry between the main leads and the people around them were exceptional. This drama needs a season 2 and I need to more of Bai Qing and Ye Hua.

Just finished the whole series..must admit, I enjoyed it. The male and female leads were able to make me laugh out loud, cry and cringe (lovingly), with their portrayal of their characters. The story doesn’t lag ( too much) by historical Chinese drama standards, the supporting cast are all interesting and enjoyable to watch. There is character development and lots and lots of very nice kisses 😽. By the way, after a few episodes it dawned on me who the ML reminded me of….Hyun Bin! Anyone else see this? Thank you to the subbers for their contributions too 🙏
There's a lot of viewers from all over the world. I for example since I was young always loved anime and donghua's , so while growing up I learned English and sought-after mangas/ Manhwas/ manhuas always with subtitles because there's nothing like an original. Asian series are pretty great, they have awesome actors, awesome stories, the culture is beautiful. Whether is Korean, Japanese or Chinese they're all very good 👊🏻

Merci pour ce drama, j'ai pris grand plaisir à regarder les 3 premiers épisodes en français grâce au traducteur automatique, l'histoire semble être vraiment différente de ce que j'ai déjà pu visionner par le passé, les acteurs ansi que les costumes et décors sont de toutes beautés, c'est un vrai régal pour les yeux mais arrivé à l'épisode 4 il m'est impossible de regarder la suite car mon niveau d'anglais ne me permet pas de bien comprendre le déroulement de l'histoire et j'en suis navrée. J'espère qu'un jour prochaine je pourrais à nouveau reprendre le visionnage de cette série en français. Merci encore d'avoir partager cette série, je pense qu'elle mériterait d'être visionné par un plus grand nombre.

For anybody curious about how it ends: IT ENDS HAPPILY!! Also a quick overview on the drama from me: Overall the drama was great and had an unexpected twist halfway through which made the drama a lot more interesting. There’s gonna be a lot of kisses and funny scenes which is always a win. In the first half it’s gonna be quite frustrating cause the prince is too prideful but after he gets rid of his pride their relationship develops nicely. Both of the characters are extremely loyal to each other and you can tell how deeply in love they are regardless of all the troubles they face. Second half focuses more on the rivalry between the two male leads and is basically just a cluster of unrequited love issues ending sadly (I cried and so will you; make sure to prepare some tissues for episode 30). Ending was cute but was too abrupt in my opinion. They also didn’t have a child and that was something I really wanted to see. Conclusion: WATCH THIS DRAMA!! It’s so good and has some plot diversion every now and then but the main couple’s relationship is so adorable you’re just going to keep wanting to watch them grow more and more.

Just finished the whole series..must admit, I enjoyed it. The male and female leads were able to make me laugh out loud, cry and cringe (lovingly), with their portrayal of their characters. The story doesn’t lag ( too much) by historical Chinese drama standards, the supporting cast are all interesting and enjoyable to watch. There is character development and lots and lots of very nice kisses 😽. By the way, after a few episodes it dawned on me who the ML reminded me of….Hyun Bin! Anyone else see this?

I for example since I was young always loved anime and donghua's , so while growing up I learned English and sought-after mangas/ Manhwas/ manhuas always with subtitles because there's nothing like an original. Asian series are pretty great, they have awesome actors, awesome stories, the culture is beautiful. Whether is Korean, Japanese or Chinese they're all very good 👊🏻

Merci pour ce drama, j'ai pris grand plaisir à regarder les 3 premiers épisodes en français grâce au traducteur automatique, l'histoire semble être vraiment différente de ce que j'ai déjà pu visionner par le passé, les acteurs ansi que les costumes et décors sont de toutes beautés, c'est un vrai régal pour les yeux mais arrivé à l'épisode 4 il m'est impossible de regarder la suite car mon niveau d'anglais ne me permet pas de bien comprendre le déroulement de l'histoire et j'en suis navrée.
J'espère qu'un jour prochaine je pourrais à nouveau reprendre le visionnage de cette série en français. Merci encore d'avoir partager cette série, je pense qu'elle mériterait d'être visionné par un plus grand nombre.

For anybody curious about how it ends: IT ENDS HAPPILY!! Also a quick overview on the drama from me: Overall the drama was great and had an unexpected twist halfway through which made the drama a lot more interesting. There’s gonna be a lot of kisses and funny scenes which is always a win. In the first half it’s gonna be quite frustrating cause the prince is too prideful but after he gets rid of his pride their relationship develops nicely. Both of the characters are extremely loyal to each other and you can tell how deeply in love they are regardless of all the troubles they face. Second half focuses more on the rivalry between the two male leads and is basically just a cluster of unrequited love issues ending sadly (I cried and so will you; make sure to prepare some tissues for episode 30). Ending was cute but was too abrupt in my opinion. They also didn’t have a child and that was something I really wanted to see. Conclusion: WATCH THIS DRAMA!! It’s so good and has some plot diversion every now and then but the main couple’s relationship is so adorable you’re just going to keep wanting to watch them grow more and more.
