Last 20Kms there might be snow. Army is clearing it today. Spoke to few different local shopkeepers, people seem to be confident of road opening and being normal. But can't say. I can see lot of 4x2 cars here, probably waiting for road to open. Though some local traxx etc are going to and fro.
