Conner over Rice for me. Conner is at the end of a tier. Rice is not. Otherwise I would absolutely rather have Rice.
Yah if Conner stays healthy he could give you RB2 numbers all year. Rice will have good games and a lot of stinkers thrown in. I like the higher floor with Conner.
Elliott will have more fantasy points this year than Dowdle. So why pick Dowdle?

Neither is probably worth starting however an injury to one makes the other's value go way up. I think Zeke is more apt to get injured
