- Paul said, "The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet." What a statement! God has so purposed to take weak instruments like us and crush Satan's head under our feet. One of the ways this happens is by us trusting the LORD in prayer and praying in a way that is dangerous to the devil.

Great message. I am surprised at the few viewings or comments
Where is the power in the church? It says in the New Testament that “these signs will accompany those who believe: in the name of Jesus Christ they will cast out demons, they will speak with new tongues, they will take up serpents and if they drink anything deadly it will by no means hurt them. They will lay hands on the sick and they will recover….” “The LORD will work with them confirming the Word through the ACCOMPANYING SIGNS.”..
This is a fair point: Where is this happening? The focus is always on “do this, don’t do that..” but who are these men? And why do we listen to them? What DEMONSTRATION of POWER in the Kingdom of God do they operate? Listen, I’ve heard every kind of explanation for why we shouldn’t do things EXACTLY like Christ says, or people say, “well that was the dispensation of the Spirit that was necessary THEN because of persecution, but that’s NOT what the Word says!
From where I’m sitting, Satan is kicking and stomping the church into the DUST!!! Forcing the church to lick the dust off the soles of his feet!!!!! And then to thank him for it!!!
So my question is, WHERE IS THE DEMONSTRATION OF GODS POWER? Where are the true believers? It’s a fair question!!
We think that listening to preachers and teachers like John McArthur and Tim Conway that somehow we have better information and therefore are more sound in the Faith, then those liberals who embrace doctrines of demons on many of the “Main Street churches.”
But where’s the power? Where’s the DEMONSTRATION of the power of the Holy Spirit in the Church? How are we different from the heretics who don’t know the Bible? Essentially we aren’t… Where is Gods POWER?????

Now let me say, and please hear the humility of my heart... My righteous grandmother, (who was nothing to this world) prayed for the saving of my soul for 29 years... She battled against principalities and the evil one for 29 years... In faith she believed God... She by faith received the reward of her persistence, namely my salvation! Often we look for what is grand like in the movies, and though I am not claiming YOU are doing so, I am claiming we are all prone to failing to see the hand of God through quiet obedience to His Word. Now to some my salvation is but a small thing, but to God, it cost Him everything... She prayed to Him Who alone is able to save. She never gave up... May we be like her in prayer and never give up...
@@Watchdog123go please pray for me. I have done such a poor job of following CHRIST. I’m so wicked! GOD have mercy on me! Help me to escape this body of death and sin. I’m so weak and foolish! I’m so far beyond attaining a good conscience before GOD. How can I face GOD? I trust in YOU, LORD, to deliver me in YOUR righteousness. I am so lost and without love. Help me to strengthen what remains. Have mercy on me and forgive me. My blasphemies and my anger. I know I deserve death but YOU have conquered death. Heal my soul for I have sinned against YOU, LORD JESUS. I have such little strength! Be my ROCK OF REFUGE, a FORTRESS OF DEFENSE to save me.
