❤👍🇺🇸🤗❤ Fantastic!!! I wonder if Dimash Kudaibergen plays the Balalaika. He plays the Dombra and Electric Guitar so well...the Balalaika should be easy for him to learn if he doesn't know how already. I love the song Korobushka. It reminds me of Omar Sharif in Dr. Zhivago. A movie masterpiece. The snow. The sleigh. The Troika. Beautiful memories. ❤ Thank you for sharing. ❤
Another song of Russian origin that would surprise most people is "Those Were The Days". We all know the famous English translation but it is actually an old Russian folk song. Those Rooskees show up in surprising places.
only Russian soul can understand the beauty of balalaika music, as for only Russian soul can dance listening to this music. This is our roots, this is our mighty ancestors, this is Russia, fun and drive of balalaika.
I partially agree - yes, only americans really can feel what is behind country music and soul and gospel... REALLY ? Got my doubts - seriously. I am russian. I am american, I am french. I am german. Whenever I play any kind of folk music I can feel like those people. Surely. Doubtlessly.
Александр Попов I have had Russians tell me this before. I will give you the same answer I gave them: I play balalaika better than 90+ percent of the Russian population, and I should think I can sing Russian songs better than 99.999 percent of the Russian population, which must be why, when I was playing in one of their ensembles, they got me to do all the singing. I admit that I do not dance to balalaika music, but then my wife won't let me dance to any kind of music.
Well, there U go. Kamarinskaya it is. Thanks Mr Vladvyostsky for posting. Whirling dogs and dancing kitties R lovin' it. Well, we adults are just behaving badly and should be shipped off 2 Siberia. As usual.
Thank you so much for your reply, swingabilly. You are right. Only my channel's name is Turkish and Russian Music. I want to say again this song (Korobushka) is an old Russian folk song. It isn't Turkish.
I am Odessa now cause almost no Russia now : other no people I Crosse often ( to much) now but some stills like Alaska but globaly bad so don't ask why I leaved the country, simply there is no!
As a Jew of Russian Jewish background my heart is warmed when I can see my father dancing the Kazatchka the Cossack Dance back in the Ukraine. His family escaped in 1921 + although they were technically living in Ukraine all Jews in the northwestern Ukraine and that area were "governed" as were the Ukrainians, by Byellorussians who were worse Jew-haters than the Nazis. Hard to believe but true. In 1918 Byellorussia Belarus) shrunk when its Ukrainian part reunited with rest of Ukraine.
The song was based on a poem named "Korobeiniki" so basically the song's name could also be that... And the version of this used in Tetris is actually based on either the Finnish version of this song or the Japanese version of this song.
