  • Did you know that supercritical fluids can be used to dissolve and isolate substances (such as extraction of caffeine from coffee beans)? Watch this video to learn about triple points, critical points, supercritical fluids, critical opalescence and more! #supercriticalfluid #scicomm #phasediagrams #coffeebeans

When is was in highschool chemistry class we study exothermic and endothermic process are better used in decaffeinated coffee meaning using temperature and magnetic field force to transport any essence even human soul uploading now successfully done in robotics research we known of thermo property of precise point like gasoline can be removed from car remotely same with self refilling water jug without physical contact

Error: at 2:57, diterpenes are described as *"proteins,"* which is incorrect. Proteins are composed of amino acids linked by peptide bonds, and are relatively long and heavy molecules; diterpenes are not composed of amino acids, and are relatively light molecules when compared with protein molecules.

.......Diterpenes form the basis for biologically important compounds such as retinol, retinal, and phytol...........acyclic diterpene alcohol that can be used as a precursor for the manufacture of synthetic forms of vitamin E and vitamin K1.In ruminants, the gut fermentation of ingested plant materials liberates phytol, a constituent of chlorophyll, which is then converted to phytanic acid

Looks like it gets cloudy due to the phase shift leaning slightly vapor favoring. Or even not, even if it was perfectly 1/1/1 gas/liquid/vapor that would make the ultimate liquid viewing level change and since it supercritical it's ALL over the area/permeating everything(supacrit) which against the glass I think would be reasonable to assume that'd be the visual you get. The mesh of gas bustin into liquid and vapor into liquid and gas into vapor etc lol. I'm also just stabbin' in the dark here but hey. lol.

There seems to be misleading examples at 0:32. Ice melting and water boiling are non-equilibrium processes, which cannot be represented on a phase diagram, and thus are not examples of states on the "lines". Instead, some water in a sealed container, reaching evaporating equilibrium (perhaps not a standard technical term) would be a proper example.

2:20 wrong formulae. It is not dichloromethane but 2,2-dichloropropane.
