- New YCF Pilot F150. Unboxing, assembly and first start. I did swap out oil first thing before running, didn't mention in video. Not sure it's necessary but these things don't take much oil anyways.
so glad mine has electric start. Hope you added oil. Then drain that oil soon and add new oil.
I have taken ours back to the bike shop twice. You trying to start it at the end of the video is what ours is like every single time we try to start it. Frustrating as heck.
Thanks for the video 😊
I needed to play with the idle a bit and run it up a little higher then bigger bikes. Helped with starting and flame outs. Try that out, I also give it just a little throttle when starting it. Get it in a few kicks now.
Did you get the bike sorted or know what the problem was. Mine is doing the same. A pig to start.
Thanks
Do you consistently get the engine started with a few kicks now that you have the engine ran for a longer time? I´m guessing a brand new engine won´t help with starts.
Mine with only 3.9 hours in and is doing exactly like in the end of your video. And sometimes it kicks back HARD. A pig to start.
Thanks.
Very cool video been looking at one of these for a bit I wish there were more videos and info on them.i know they are still pretty new to the states but keep the content coming, very helpful 🤘
Waited forever for mine as well but totally worth it.
Just ridden it around to break it in but so far it’s pretty legit! Suspension is plush, lots of low end grunt. Probably try and do a review video soon.
@@randomhobbieschannel would like to see one man. Not much out there on these in English.
Where did adjust your forks from the top bolt?
Did you have any problems with the kick stand rubbing the swing arm
Yes it sometimes would, I just grabbed it and bent it out a bit and it's been fine since. Not sure if it'll last or if it likes to bend that way...but it worked for me!
Cool, i want This Motorcyrcle
Yes, it has a frozen video spot…tried 4 times and happened same spot each time, gave up
@randomhobbieschannel Any possible way to show how you did the foot pegs . I’m having a heck of a time with the spring.
The side that’s bent 90 degrees goes “up” and towards the frame. It will actually wedge between upper tab and frame. The straight side will ride inside the footpeg. Get it lined up and push it in while pushing pin through it will have a little push back so it applies a pressure at rest. Wish I could post a picture I should have had it in the video!
Video Short 👍

@randomhobbieschannel thanks man . That was fast response.lol
How long did it take you to get this delivered? Also do you still have this and if so how is it so far. Was thinking about purchasing one but I’m not 100% sure
Took a looong time. From ordered like 4 months or something on backorder. Still have it, actually just installed a custom light system, and supermoto wheels. Just got it plated last week for buzzing around town. Only have like 20 hours on it still but running great. Hope to get the conversion video up and let people know how it went plating it, in Nevada at least
What is your weight? I have about 125kg , should i change suspension? Any ideas?
Depends what you want out of it..I’m about 82 kg. I think it will work great for anything minus track riding with larger jumps. If you plan on riding it harder, I think you’d want to get some stiffer springs.
@@randomhobbieschannel do you know wich spring is installed from factory? On the market i have found only complet shockabsorber with spring 1000lbs and i don't know if those 1000lbs is enough. Greetings from Poland. Ps: i want to start ride on the track. My 7year old son is riding. And when we drive for whole weekend on a track i don't want to stay on the side and make only video's and photos.
@@paketo24werbung60 YCF makes a harder spring, current is 330mm(shock) and 600lbs. Part number for 800lb spring is YC110-0417-28-BK. I looked for fork stuff but didn’t see anything…I’d try stock stuff first though and mess with preload. Might end up working for you as is.
Very cool!
Oil cooler on this one? Just ordered myne
No oil cooler, I was thinking about it but read conflicting info. I’ll have to remember to bring temp gauge and get some readings.
Where did you order it from? Thank you!
motodracing.com!
@@randomhobbieschannel thanks for the reply!
Did you have any problems with motod racing I hadn’t heard of them so wanted to see what you thought. How long did it take to show up?
First kick 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
