man this brings me way back to when i started playing football as a center, been playing for 10 years so far. He reminds me of myself XD. Give him time and he gonna be great if he sticks to the sport. Snaps are looking not too back, just to help him out a lot, i saw him snapping without the laces of the ball, practice with him or make him snap with the laces of the ball, he's gonna make them go faster and have better grip of the ball, but i'm defiantly hype to see this kid play in the future!

I’m a 6’3 140lb and I’m starting defensive end at the JV level so you you don’t have to be a super heavy dude to be a great lineman it’s really just about your technique and how much effort you are willing to put in every single day

U guys can call him fat now but he is at the age where after puberty that is gonna make him taller and more masculine.last year I was 150 and had a round face and was pretty big for my age,but now I'm 170 but look skinnier some how and one of the fastest kids in my grade.it also depends on genes.my parents ran track and were in sports so I am pretty much made for sports

That's actually not how it works. In some way it can, I'm sure you're exaggerating everything you are saying. It doesn't come out of know where. Especially at the high school level. It's a constant grind and a game like no other. You can't just step in to it and expect a lot if you don't put work in for it. Your expectations fall to your training and what your worked for. In the end you get what effort you give both in the weight room and off the field.

Honestly, I think your son is fit for a starter center. I play center for my 7th grade football team, but he needs to get the snaps a little more accurate with the shotgun passes. That’s what I tell the 5th and 6th grade centers. Just something that you guys could work on in your backyard. Also he really needs to work on holding his blocks so the Quarterback or the running back isn’t getting killed every play.
