If your mother and/or family got you a good attorney, you wouldn't have to endure staying in juvie. The system did you DIRRRTTYYYY!! Just bc you were with your father doesn't make you an accomplice! I'd suggest that you get a lawyer and sue for wrongful arrest, emotional damage, and everything you can sue the state of. Call around to different attorney's, tell them your story, and see if they're willing to take your case.
