What a surprise! Dave is skiing! Wonderful! I was in France last month at Les Deux Alpes for a week. This is awesome to see that Trangia lovers have a common passion and that is skiing. Thanks for sharing this amazing video. Waiting for more stuff like this.
Thank you Bodolay. I was thinking about taking my trangia with me, but Mrs Bushcraft Dave gave me 'the look' and I left it at home. At least another 1 skiing video at some point soon, but I've definitely got some cooking videos planned based on this trip. 👍

Way back when, in time, when I was last on snow in Sappada in the Italian Dolomites, the only way up was a drag lift. Put the seat between your legs and drag up. Things have changed, including helmets. Just a bobble hat back then. Loved this, Dave. One question. Are you tall, or is Mrs Bushcraft Dave vertically challenged? Or both? Amanda, my wife says she is 5ft, she is 4ft 11in. 🙄😳😂
Hi Chris. Thankfully most of the drag lifts have gone but a few still exist. Managed to avoid them all week.
I'm definitely not tall (5ft 8ish) but she is quite short haha
